At the request of IMO, the IEC established the operational methods of testing for an IMO-compliant ECDIS. For each of the sections contained in the IMO Performance Standards for ECDIS, IEC developed appropriate test requirements, procedures and required test results. Recognized organisations are making use of this test standard to conduct their type approval process. This also applies to each of the various ECDIS related specifications provided in the current versions of IHO S-52 and IHO S-57 and associated appendices. The IEC ECDIS Test Standard is contained in IEC Publication 61174. In addition IEC 61174 refers to the application of other test standards to an ECDIS. In particular to IEC 60945, containing general requirements for robustness of the device against environmental influences and for software design, and IEC 61162 for data interfacing.

Another important problem of transition economies is their high level of social expenditures. At the same time the process of European integration makes important demands on the growth of government expenditures, which requires strengthening of public administration, increasing investments into infrastructure related to the environment etc. The extremely unfavourable demographic situation in Estonia and European integration require that government expenditures should be increased. Considering the requirement of a balanced budget, this may lead to a significant rise in the tax burden. An important question is also what the fiscal policy of the Estonian Government should be if Estonia joins the European Union and what requirements should be met in harmonising the fiscal policy.

In Haanja Upland there is the highest top of Estonia, Big Egg Hill (318 m), which is the highest top of the Baltic states.

Consequently, parental perceptions and responses to environmental stress are imparted to the offspring and serve in programming its behavioral expression. Behavioral "memories" are in part related to the appearance of specialized cell and tissue protein receptors which serve as "filters" in remembering past signals. Behavioral "filters" acquired during pre-and perinatal "programming" are Nature's way of preparing the neonate to function in the parent's environment. SUMMARY Present seminar does not give an exhaustive answer about efficiences given by the injury for a dancers profession, however some qualities have been reached throughout of this paper. This paper dealt with only many of the few schools and techniques, for example breakfast- philosophies have been excluded different forms of yoga or dance-ethic related martial arts have been left out of concern. The purpose of my work was not to search for final answer, but to bring up new horizons and ways of thinking for the reader and how person processes body-mind related information. The population consisted all injured dancers or dance teachers, therefore sample for my work was chosen from the perspective of only few randomly picked Estonian representatives of that field. Sample consists of four profesional dancers/dance teachers

There were three types of interviews: (1) one face-to-face interview, which was tape- recorded; (2) three telephone interviews during which the researcher took notes; and (3) one interview response using electronic mail. Each interview consisted of 15 major questions, see Appendix A-E, plus a few additional questions where clarification was needed. Each respondent was assured of confidentiality. The interviews were broken down into five sections. The first section focused on general information related to the role of the company, and the role of the person being interviewed.
