Sustaining the earth for our future generations and also in the long run benefit from living there with paying lower taxes. However sadly, nowadays there is known to be only up to 20,000 passive houses world-wide out of 1,6 billion households. Which leaves us only 1 house out of 80,000. So why such shocking figures? The main reason, why there aren´t enough energy efficient homes, is because it costs more money to build one of those. Another reason is, that many houses were built before the energy laws were passed. So let´s talk about the cost. It is said that passive homes cost 6 to 12% more than other new homes, supposedly a medium house costs about 100,000 euros, so you would have to pay 12,000 euros more, it ´s actually quite a lot, isn´it?
Why do we go to school? Do we actually want to learn? I think not. Maybe on some level, until fourth grade or something like that, but most of us are in high school to get good grades, so that parents don't kick us out and still give us food and shelter. How to motivate ourselves to come here every single morning and really study, not just sit with your phone out and watch videos or do something not related to studying to keep from dying of boredom? Love and forgiveness Is it hard to forgive someone, that you love? Most of the people think that asking for forgiveness makes you look like a loser. In asking for forgiveness you also have to admit you are wrong and people do not like to do that. Nobody wants to be humiliated. In the first place, when someone has insulted you, and the person admits that he has been wrong, then i see no reason why not to forgive him. I think that it is important that the person himself understands his fault. Everyone needs a second chance. Furthermore, you want to forgive someone, who is really related to you. However, you cannot forgive everything. For example, when your girlfriend has cheated on you and when she even do not admit her fault. That is true that everybody needs a second chance, but not when someone uses you malevolently. I think this is unacceptable.

I Am an Animal Person In the world there are so many different people. Some people like and some do not like animals. But what makes an animal likeable and what is the reason why some people can not have an animal? Firstly, the biggest plus what animals can give is love. In conclusion I would like to say that even though Estonia has put much effort into developing it's IT-sector, its wages still are below the European average. That results in other problems as for example to dropping of the population growth. Estonia is still developing and there is still a long way to go, to catch up to other European countries.
in Im going to discuss if students should study only those subjects they are interested in or not. Nowadays students are quite lazy and do not want to study or go to school. They think it is boring and parents work really hard to make them study. Also, a lot of students think that the majority of the subjects they are learning are pointless. But actually none of those are pointless and every thing has a reason. In addition to that, if students could choose the subjects themselves, then some classes would be really empty. For example, a lot of students do not like maths or reading. Math develops logic and then we could imagine how many people would be without logical thinking. And reading books enriches vocabulary, so if people do not read books at all, their vocabulary would be quite small. On the other hand, learning different things like history and bilogy expand people's knowledge greatly

Some come from broken homes, some may have been influenced by their friends, some may have commited a crime out of lifes circumstances, for example poverty, and some crimes might happen by an accident, by human error. During and after their imprisonment criminals should get some mental help. A psychologist could figure out what is the reason for their criminal activity and could give them advice. If the criminal has some serious financial issues that he has not caused he should be given a job so that he could run his life back on tracks. I think that criminals should not just be sent to jail but given mental and (reasonable) financial help because otherwise there is no chance to raise a better community.

For this reason money spent on old parts of Tallinn is not money wasted. Tourism is extremely important in todays economy and the Old Town of Tallinn is the main Estonian tourist attraction. It even became a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site and it is often referred to as the medieval pearl of Europe. I believe that conserving old parts of Tallinn is absolutely justified. The Old Town is truly beautiful and we should not take it for granted. In orded to preserve it's beauty we need to spend money on it.
