Its ideas were propagated in the Baltic provinces by the German Enlightenment movement which sought support from absolutism and relied heavily on the Protestant church. The chief media in Estonia were books and the press; the first institutional forms of expression were the clubs, societies and freemasons' lodges of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. During the Enlightenment, the Lutheran church, under Baltic German control, also adopted theological rationalism which relied on human reason in interpreting the Bible, and reduced Christianity to the status of mere moral teaching. The popular literature of the time directed at the peasantry was the foundation of secular literature in the Estonian language. The purpose of Enlightenment literature was to offer the peasants, in an easily understandable form, some practical advice and knowledge: especially in the field of medicine. Against the background of such political moderation, two critics of serfdom clearly stand out.

As in most countries, getting cancer is becoming more and more frequent. According to the Estonian Cancer Register, the frequency has increased about 30% during the last decades. The choice of my yearpaper subject was based on that information. It was shocking to learn that breast cancer is one of the biggest causes of death The main reason why cancer is detected too late, is because women are not aware of the risks of getting cancer. The paper is written in Estonian. The theme of the paper is alternatives to the traditional facial treatment in beauty salons in Estonia. The theme is topical, because constantly new opportunities and products for facial treatments are developed and launched. This was also the reason for the author to write the course paper on that subject. The problem is that the effect of traditional facial treatment is traumatic to the skin, uncomfortable for the client and its results are short-term. The aim of the paper is to work out recommendations for alternative methods of facial treatment. Therefore the research of development interviews and its results were left out of the present paper. At the same time the author wishes to actively deal with this subject after the end of the development interviews. The results of the analysis showed, that the enterprise has an overall friendly environment that is open for team-work. The problems are not so much between people but when communicating and co-operating between different departments. The results of the research give a reason to think, that improving the co-operational and people's relational problems are removable with different team-work trainings and with giving feedback in the development interviews to the managers. Recommendations are brought out, on what the enterprise could change in the training organizing in order to ground its randomness, and also advisable training principles.
