The film itself was very sad and involved two complitely different sides of life love and pain it costs. First the film fooled me and gave me a reason to believe that there is really love, that makes people happy. True, there is such thing as true love, but does it always makes us happy? And if it makes, than for how long? Actors did a really good job, their eye and body language revealed happiness, trust, love and desire. The couple tried to work it out, when John went back to the military, but next to the distance was another important aspect time. When the time passed, both lives moved on and in both lives happened a lot. Then the film

obviously this is not an eye of a person enjoying art, but a brain of a businessman and one should be in an office instead of visiting and art gallery. Unfortunately, I personally tend to think that nowdays too many people are going in that way. I mean the way when you make a song within a day, sell it for billions of dollars and all this ,,very hard work" just to get on the red carpet and live a fancy life. It is really annoying and disturbing, I compare it with throwing litter on the street. It just isn't the right place for it. Same thing is with modern art and critics nowdays. To my mind, both are often really fake and doesn't express their own feelings, but the thoughts and needs what the public is hoping to get. Many people think that the more absurd things you do, the more artistic and famous you are. Doing
Black Dahlia`` is playing, developing the noir style. Two of the most important conventions in Film Noir are anti-hero and femme fatale. Anti-hero, detective Bucky Bleichert, in this particular case is played by Josh Hartnett. In older Noir movies, anti-hero is usually a detective, dominant, commited, confident and he has a personal motivator why he needs to sort out the mystery within the story. (Mystery is one of the conventions, though.) Especially in this sequence we see that Bucky is really confident, he has the power over Madeline and her father (they tell half of the truth), his personal motivator is the murder of his own partner. He is able to shoot a woman (Madeline) In well-known Noir films like ``The Big Sleep`` and ``Chinatown`` anti-hero doesn't really look like pretty-boy Bucky but a bit older and macho. Also, when in ``The Big Sleep`` Marlowe, as an anti-hero, is really unemotional, in the closing sequence of ``The Black Dahlia`` we see that Bucky is almost crying
Being their second album, A rush of blood to the head was released in 2002. The album has several popular singles such as "In My Place", "Clocks", and the ballad "The Scientist." It also won the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album at the 2003 Grammy Awards. This is my favourite CD, because you forget everything that surrounds you while you listen to it. Chris martin has a powerful voice and the overall sound is flawless. The songs contain lush melodies and they are really relaxing. The band's music is also meditative and it reflects on their emotions. The lyrics of their songs are very thought-provoking and the most important thing is that they are meaningful. You start to think differently when you have delved into them. I strongly recommend this CD and this band to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy good music. This band is really worth listening to.
Food and prices Firstly, I am satisfied with prices, they are reasonable. But there is not a wide variety of dishes. You should add more dishes to your menu. Service Another thing to mention is that the staff was friendly and helpful. I think that a good staff means a lot for customers. But on the other hand, the service is a little too slow, particularly when the restaurant gets busy. More people should be hired. Atmosphere Finally, the restaurant looks really old and it does not look very clean anymore. I think that painting it again will give a really good result. Furthermore, I came by car, but there was nowhere to park it. You should clean up the old storage yard next to the restaurant and convert it into a car park. Conclusion In conclusion, although there were some drawbacks, the Marco’s fast food restaurant is a nice place. Using my suggestions will make the restaurant more popular and convenient.

Teachers are usually satisfied with my results. Ofcourse my mother still ,,knows" that I could do better

No matter how wealthy you are, you still can not buy love or friends. Even worse, people that seem to care about you may only be intrested in your money. Furthermore, some people work for their lives to get wealthy but unfortunately, they forget about the most important- their families. Wealth can change people the way they in point of fact never wanted to change. On the other hand, being wealthy prevents financial problems and this means less worrying. You can buy things you really need plus you can support the underprivileged and the less fortunate. Wealth in fact can be for the benefit of being happier. I also have heared people say: ,,Money does not bring happiness but I would rather cry in a Ferrari." In conclusion wealth itself really does not bring happiness. Ofcourse we need money for living but as well we need family, friends, love and a place to go. Wealth can only help us to be happy, but we have to use it profitably.
.. That is something you just must see! But neither the trees nor flowers could be as wonderful as the owner himself! Sir Thom treated us tea and sandwiches, not forgetting to show us way back to the village. He was so kind, don't you think? In the end, when we had nearly reached our home, he suddenly stopped and called us to a ball! Can you imagine?! A ball with Sir Thom! What an honour... I bet Emily Woodcut will be envious. What about you, Mary? Have you made plans for the summer? I'd really like to introduce you to him after all, you are the governor's daughter. Then his opinion of me will raise even higher, right? So what do you think? Would you like to pay a visit to Cherry village this summer? Can't wait to your letter! Best wishes, Anne C. Dear ..............., How are you? I hope you are well. I'm writing to let you know that I think I've found the perfect house for you. It's in a really nice location. Maardu, Harjumaa is a beautiful tidy town. It features a beautiful downtown, where you can easily walk around, shop, eat and dine. But the best thing about it is that the town is less than a twenty kilometres from the capital and the rent for the house is only £169 a week. The house is really adorable outside. It's made of light grey bricks and has a restored wood frame windows. Also, it's got small balcony and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Plus, modern security system. Inside, the house is nice and comfortable. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a charming living room and modern fitted kitchen with all the equipment you would expect. As well as a dining room and mediumsize WC. Upstairs there is one big
traits. What makes a successful manager? Firstly, in my opinion the manager should be an excellent communicator and more important I find being a good motivator as employees normally quite often have ups and downs or loss of motivation, so it is crucial for the company that the manager were up to motivate and find suitable solutions for his subordinates. Secondly, I think that the manager should have a positive attitude, for example, even though the situation is really bad and some others would have given up as seeing it pointless, there are still managers who still are positive and self-confident and they will finally succeed. It is really important to stay on your chosen road and to believe in your choices. In conclusion, not everyone can be a successful manager whether you do not have enough good qualities or you have lack of interest. Anyway I find that a successful manager communicates well, motivates his staff, is positive and confident.
Grammy Awards, an Academy Award, an Emmy Award, seven Olivier Awards, a Golden Globe, and the Kennedy Center Honors in 2006. Several of his songs, notably "I Don't Know How to Love Him" from Jesus Christ Superstar, "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina" from Evita, "Memory" from Cats, and "The Music of the Night" from The Phantom of the Opera have been widely recorded and were hits outside of their parent musicals. His company, the Really Useful Group, is one of the largest theatre operators in London. Producers in several parts of the UK have staged productions, including national tours, of Lloyd Webber's musicals under licence from the Really Useful Group.
The role of music in the modern society. In our fast moving world people need something for their soles. It may be different kinds of leisure but, I believe, the main part of our lives plays music. The cause of this is clear and I want to explain you the role of music in the modern society. First of all, a huge benefit of music is a really wide variety of styles. Classic, hip-hop or different types of rock are extremely popular with youngsters. So, in the world of guitar chords and dancing sounds of violins everyone can find something he really loves. Secondly, there are not any limitations in ages. Teenagers and adults can listen to the same music and not be worry that it is shamefully. No one will laugh if you like classical or rock music. What's more, music helps us to live. When someone feels lonely or
Have you ever wondered what travelling gives to people? Is it just all about getting away from home or something more? The person who has seen the world has more knowledge about the things going on elsewhere. From a personal standpoint, travelling is one of the ways how to accomplish themselves, for example some people go abroad only with a packback just to see if they could live without fancy hotels and only little cash in their pockets. On the other hand, it might get really hard to get food and shelter but young people like adventures. The second reason, why so many young people travel to other countries is that they want to become an exchange student. This also includes very much travelling and seeing the land. Unfortunately, it might be a sad travel because of missing their family. From a religious and historical point of view, it can be said that travelling can be really helpful if it comes to gaining knowledge about the history of the country where a person is
When I was walking by the old lady, she was smiling to me, I smiled to her too. And then she said something strange, she said < Be careful today, girl. > At first I didn't notice it, but when I walked more I started to think about this. I started to walk across the road and then everybody around started to scream, I stopped, and then realized, if I had been stepping one step more, the car would have ran me over and then may be I would be dead. I really don't know, was it happened, because this lady said something, or may be it was coincidence. But when I met with my friend and told her this story she was really shocked.
Education: Some people say that students should study only those subjects they are interested in Im going to discuss if students should study only those subjects they are interested in or not. Nowadays students are quite lazy and do not want to study or go to school. They think it is boring and parents work really hard to make them study. Also, a lot of students think that the majority of the subjects they are learning are pointless. But actually none of those are pointless and every thing has a reason. In addition to that, if students could choose the subjects themselves, then some classes would be really empty. For example, a lot of students do not like maths or reading. Math develops logic and then we could imagine how many people would be without logical thinking. And
something creepy. „What’s going on? Why’s everyone outside? Why is the rainbow so different?“ I asked him. My friend didn’t answer. Suddenly I heard something strange. The city gates opened and an army of monsters came in. They were all dressed in black. They had big teeth and they were carrying swords and gems. They had a very similar faces to humans, but something was different. They had tales. I couldn’t understand whether they were humans or animals. I was really scared. Suddenly they shot my friend. I was shocked and I couldn’t believe my eyes. People ran away screaming, some even fainted. I was upset and didn’t know what to do. I closed my eyes for a second. Tears fell down on my face and I asked myself: „Did I really just see, how my best friend died?“ I knew that I had to take myself together. I opened my eyes, stood up and took a guy which was laying in front of me. It was very wet because of the heavy rain
grade. Some people say that Russian is Estonian second official language because you can hear russian in every part of estonia. Owing to the fact that I have studied Russian six years in school and I have had quite a lot of practise too, I still could not speak it very well. In Pärnu i trained in gym whrere most of the people were russians so i had some practice but still i am not very good at speaking russian. I have to admit that i do not like russian. Ido not know why but when i really need to speak in russian I do it quite reluctantly. A few weeks ago I started to continue my studies in Tallinn University of Technology and languages are one of the main part of the learning process in TUT. I had to choose besides english one more mandatory language. I chose German. Since the beginning there has been about three or four german lessons and i have realized that german is quite similiar with english and in my opininion that makes learning much more easier
that he wanted to be, if it was possibe, a somekind of catcher in the rye who catches playing children to protect them for falling down from a cliff. As the titel of the book is catcher in the rye the autor certainly wanted to make a significant point. Like many others who have read the book, I think that by `` saving children from falling `` he wanted to save children from growing up too fast and loseing their innocence in the process. But actually the one who really needed saving was himself. I dont really understand what the autor wanted to say with the book. The variety of ways to understand catcher in the rye is one of the strenghts of this book. I also liked that the characters and the settings were quite realistic. I would highly recommend this book even though it's probably not for everyone because it requires deep concentration to find out the meaning behind the symbols that are used and the
specific goal in mind for long enough where they can keep an eye on the target and know what they need to do and work on it right away. Aviation has always been one of my biggest intrests since the eighth grade. I became interested in it after my brother had applied to the Estonian Aviation Academy. Unfortunately he did not make it and, of course, my desire to become an air traffic controller began to increase due to my brother's failure. I have never really had a real experience in aviation. Luckily, I had a chance to be a work shadow to a professional air traffic controller to see how it all works. This experience seemed long, however it was interesting and really opened my eyes. At first I thought that controlling air traffic can not be that hard, that it is just like another computer game! Well, during those two hours, while I sat next to my work shadow, I learned how much logic, brainwork and thinking it really requires
A child gets know how to get on with people, how to communicate and makes his or her mind up about many questions with help of classmates and teachers. On the other hand, it depends on school. Tutors of some schools focus only on education. They don`t care of the discipline and pupils` behaviour at all. Probably such school-leavers have only several opportunities for the future to become criminals, join local gangs or to control themselves and to do their best in studies. Such schools may be really named the schools of life because children studying there are forced to grow up earlier than others. Furthermore, present youngsters spend a great deal of their spare time sitting in Internet. They communicate, study and play games in simulated environment of the virtual world. That is the place where young people really get the most information. Internet has the only advantage comparing with schools, information from there never becomes out of date.
Date: 23 January 2015 Introduction: The idea of this report is to describe the situation at the Bayside sports center and making recommendations for improvement. Positive aspects: Firstly, there is wide range of activities available, also there are new and modern equipment in the Bayside sports center. Secondly, the sports center is opened seven days a week. Thirdly, there are working well trained instructors and sufficient staff, which is really good. Negative aspects: There are some bad aspects too in the sports center. Firstly, there are not enough exercise machines, so you have to wait for a long time to use them. Secondly, prices are high and there are no special offers. Thirdly, the staff is not very friendly and it takes a long time to get their help. Recommendations: There should be some changes. Firstly, they should buy more exercise machines. Secondly, they should make some special offers for people
on the Black Sea. With the help of Inspector Tarconi, Frank contends with the people who strong-armed him into taking the job. Valentina thinks she is going to die, and consumes drugs and alcohol to feel better and have some fun for the last time. Frank is not happy with this, because both have to remain sharp. However, Frank and Valentina fall for each other, while escaping from one life-threatening situation after another. I really liked that movie. It was pretty exciting, the action scenes were also quite good. The cameraman has done really well. I also loved Jason Statham starring the movie. He is an excellent actor. I suggest everyone, who love action movies, to watch this movie!
Using credit cards Credit cards have been very popular for two decades already. There are many ways to pay for your shoppings and not to worry about how much money you really have. First of all, credit cards are an amazing invention because it makes our everyday-lives so much easier. We do not have to carry cash with us, we can pay by a credit card. Carrying cash is actually pretty dangerous because you can get robbed. But when your card gets stolen, you just call to the bank and they close it for any further operations. Second of all, it is comfortable and feels like somebody is taking care of your finantial business.
Dangerous situation Few months ago I went to my friends place to watch some movies and talk about girl stuff. We had lots of fun and we were all prepared for sleep over. We had our sleeping bags, tooth brushes and everything we needed for sleep over. But suddenly I felt really bad pain in my head, I thought it would go over with few minutes but it lasted a while so I decided to go home, it was midnight and i called my parents, they were already sleeping and I didn't have money for taxi so I went on foot. I packed everything and started walking home. For some reason street lights didn't work and therefore I didn't see anything at all, it was really scary. I decided to call my brother, I told him to meet me halfway, he agreed. I started listening to my
Charles Dickens. They performed it in English, ofcourse, but what makes the play more interesting, is that it was in Old English. Thanks to the language, it took us back in time where the story takes place. It was hard to focus on the play, because of a girl who was sitting in the last row. She was laughing at all times, although the play had only a few humorous lines worth laughing. If you go to a theatre and you find the play boring, sit quietly and have some respect for other people. I really don't like plays where they cut down on the number of actors. Every actor should have only one role, so that they don't get their lines mixed and to really live into their character. Fortunately the performances were rather convincing. Also it is better to watch when the stage is decorated. In this particular show they used only the most neccessary things. It made the stage look amateurish and cheap. If you haven't read the book yet, and if you get the chance, go see it
He tends to be very positive and cheerful. He is active and has no difficulty making new friends. I also find him to be courteous and kindhearted. If his friends are in a trouble, Robin always tries to help them. Robin can be very humorous. Sometimes it is very funny to listen to his jokes during the break. He also has an artistic side. For example, some time ago, when we were practising our play ,,Highschool Musical", Robin played different roles. For all these reasons, I really like him. I wish I could see more of him, as we see each other mostly at school. However, we chat a lot at school and sometimes we are messaging. What I like most about him is that Robin is very humorous. I´m really glad that Robin is a good friend of mine. Allan Andronik 10B
front of the computer, but I think I am not a computer addict because I use the computer mostly for studying and catching up with friends, but most of my free time I like to spend outside. I have large PC for studying for school and to learning how to use Photoshop and architecture programs. For chatting with friends and watching some movies once in a while I use a tablet. I enjoy using the tablet much more because you can use it comfortably on the couch or in bed. I don't really have much problems with computers because I know how to handle them pretty well. But the problem with computers is that it's really unhealthy because there is not any physical activity in sitting behind the desk all day and instead of going out with friends we just talk to them online which isn't even half as entertaining. In the future I think I will have use the computer even more often because as time goes on, computers will have an even more important part in our lives.
We say one thing and mean another? Exactly. You mean, you can't fool all the people all of the time? Exactly. You mean it's possible to ignore the Green Party, but you can't ignore their policies when a general consensus of people come to support them? Exactly. Once the level of benefit is higher than their take-home pay, why should they do a job? Precisely, but the answer isn't to remove benefits from those who really need them. 5.2 Expressing conditional agreement I'd agree with you if the purpose of hell was to rehabilitate people back into heaven, but hell is usually associated with torture and damnation. I'd certainly agree if you're thinking of the World Cup. 6. I'm afraid I don't agree. 6. DISAGREEING 6.1 Expressing complete disagreement In my opinion, fashion is a complete waste of time, money and resources. I disagree entirely
Esineb probleeme artikli the kasutusega, sõna weird on kirjutatud valesti (weard). Punktid: 2+3+3+3 = 11. Letter 2 I watch films from TV, computer and sometimes I even go to the cinema. At the cinema I watch new movies, I just can't wait untill they would show them on TV. So, I waiste money to see them earlier. Half of the day I'm stearing at the TV doing allmost nothing, or playing `Playstation'. There are a lot of good films that I have seen, but only one really is the real pearl `The Matrix'. My parents said that there was to much talk, little action, but I really, really liked the places where Keanu Reeves escapes the bullets by moving in slow motion. Then I know one good movie like `Operation: Swordfish'. There were nice explosions and a war between the cops and criminals what seemed not to end. I like Travolta's acting skills to. At this summer I'm going to buy a computer which would give me an oppurtunity to drag films from the internet
Author: Janno Ott Tutor: Tiia Krass Tartu 2011 Introduction I'm writing my book review about Agroecological Economics. Which is written by Paul Wojtkowski, who is very famous as leading proponent and analyst. This book presents a wide range of new and diverse techniques for sustainable agriculture for the purpose of enhancing economic interest. Since agriculture is growing really convivially, the emphasis is on changing from conventional agriculture to more efficient systems and practise. This book is very educational because it explains how is the best way to analyze the experimental results from intercropping and multiple cropping trials. Also offers a means for risk assessments. I chose this book because my family also is engaged to farm business and agriculture. This book has 293 pages which includes 16 chapters, it was first published in 2008, so it is
To Be Human Is To Discuss Why My Speech Is So Short Most of the students complain about their timetable. Usually they are just fine, but the grass is always greener somewhere else, am I right? But for me and my class, it's a different story. The grass really is greener anywhere else, actually. Why do we go to school? Do we actually want to learn? I think not. Maybe on some level, until fourth grade or something like that, but most of us are in high school to get good grades, so that parents don't kick us out and still give us food and shelter. How to motivate ourselves to come here every single morning and really study, not just sit with your phone out and watch videos or do something not related to studying to keep from dying of boredom
When Estonia stands at the bottom ten of public debt, having one of the lowest ones in Europe then United Kingdom is at the top thirty, with its public debt being 89.30 percent of the GDP. Natural resources can benefit a country greatly, if the country was lucky to enough to have anything valuable as in oil. United Kingdom is way more lucky at this point as they way surpass Estonia in natural resources. As United Kingdom has gold, iron, natural gas and so on. Estonia’s only natural treasure really is oil shale that they used to make electricity and peat. So UK really dominates Estonia at this category. Same goes for the population, while Estonia has a shy of one million, UK trumps that with around sixty five million. The main population is mostly white ethnic group for both of the countries, so we can consider that a similarity.
and useful. The writers of the blogs get attraction from the amount of readers and clicks, which their page gets. Some blog-writers sign contracts with various advertising agencies, so they get money for each click that their site gets. This drives the blog-keepers to write. Another great benefit that keeping a blog brings the writer - fame. The more widespread your blog becomes, the more people will recognize your name. One blog, which I really enjoy reading is my colleague's photo blog. She is an amazing photograph, who knows how to capture really candid moments and emotions. Her blog is not well known, but I believe that it will not take a very long time before it starts getting more viewers.
Reading- A Waste of Time? Actually I really don't like reading, but that book is really interesting. If I started to read that book, it's seems boring, but actually it isn't that. It's going more and more interesting and I like it. That book tells the story of Madame Wu. On her fortieth birthday, Madame Wu carries out a decision she has been planning for a long time: she tells her husband that after twenty-four years their physical life together is now over and she wishes him to take a second wife. The
Favourite family member My most favourite family member is my younger sister. I really can't choose anyone else because I spend the most time with her I could have chosen my little brother but he is too annoying. I like my sister the most because she knows me the best and she knows when to stay away from me when I need my space, but also when I need someone to talk to then I can just easily talk to her and I can trust her with my secrets. I know when I talk to her about some kind of problems she is always there for me and atleast tries to help me out even when there is nothing to
Book review The Zahir Paulo Coelho 2005 331 pages Novel The novel is set in Paris and Kazakhstan. A renowed author discovers that his wife, Esther, has suddenly dissapeared leaving no trace. He gets obsessed of meeting his wife again. During the search of his wife, he meets Mikhail. The author learns the meaning of love, the power of destiny and what it means to follow your heart. During his journey, he is a completely different man. Finally he meets his wife, but everything has changed. I really enjoyed reading this book, because it was really instructive. The story was full of lessons and ethical matters to use in life. I am completely in love with the author, because he doesn't just tell the story, but keeps you thinking about it, and speaks with the readers through the words. I usually enjoy more books with action, but this book is one of the best novels I've read. My favourite quote from the book: "All you have to do is to pay attention; lessons

successful relationship. Somehow many people seem to disagree. After all, if it was all that simple, why would anyone lie? Don't they want to be happy? Perhaps reality is not that straightforward. Sometimes telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth is the worst thing to be done. From time to time truth can be hurtful. Noone wants to hear that they look exceptionally bad today, especially when they really do. A little fiction can save the day for everyone. Furthermore truth can be so complicated that noone really knows , what is real and what is not. Particularly when it concernes human emotions. There is no certainity, everything changes in time, and what is said genuinely today may become a lie tomorrow. People can be upset, sad or angry and say something they think is true, but later on regret it. These situations can be avoided by telling little lies.

Also, USA is really important to world's economy. I definitely would like to visit this country in the future to see the lifestyle of American people. Most of the greatest movies are filmed there, Americans are good in almost every sports and USA is one of the richest countries in the whole world. I would like to get to know more about this country and about it's people. Also, the nature
place. And apparently, that is precisely what they do what I did. Which makes the imagination even easier, is that there are a few hints on certain traits such as clumsiness that asbolutely every single human being can relate to, and for the first time in their lives, while reading ''Twilight'', they are encouraged to feel special about it they are encouraged to feel as if they might as well be the next love itnerest of a steamingly attractive vampire. To me, Bella really seems to be an incredibly unfortunate creature. She doesn't seem able to be happy about anything, doesn't have any hobbies or real friends, because apparently their unperfectness seems to annoy her, as well as the fact that there are people around her, that take interest in her, even though she is portrayed in the book as an empty, emotionless doll, with a threetrack mind : ,,Edward",,"Edward's toned chest" ,,Charlie's dinner every once in a while" (thank god for the last one
I will be telling you about my local supermarket. It is about 1 kilometre from my house. Its name is Jannsen and it was named after the Estonian journalist Johann Voldemar Jannsen. I actually have quite many supermarkets around me but I chose this one because I feel like it has more of a story than the others. When you get to the building and have a look at it, you would definitely think that it needs renovation and it is definitely quite old and is from the Soviet times. It is actually really colourful, compared to most supermarkets, therefore it attracts all kinds of children from the area. It has a huge variety of materials in the shop, starting from fruit and vegetables and ending with toys, clothes and even cooking meals. Sadly, the fact that it is old, makes it quite enjoyable for the alcoholics to be around the area. It has three checkout counters where you can buy your groceries. The best thing ever about the area and the people is that most of them are
programs as Calculator, Calendar, Cardfile, Clipboard viewer, Clock, Control Panel, Notepad, Paint, Reversi, Terminal and Write. Second version Windows was released in 1987, it included sophisticated keyboard shortcuts. Did not have a chance to use it…. Windows 3.0 and 3.1 Windows 3.0, which included several UI improvements, was released in 1990. Later on Windows 3.1 was released.Windows 3.1 included better support for multimedia, TrueType and workgroup networking. For me Windows 3.1 was really primitive. Windows 9x Windows 95 – ME were the best operating systems around that time. They were still MS-DOS based. Windows 95 added support for 32-bit applications, plug and play, preemptive multitasking and more. Biggest thing in Windows 95 was the start menu, which was not available. Windows 95 was really buggy and slow, so Microsoft released Windows 98, which was not so different from Windows 95. Windows 98 fixed all of those issues. My first computer had Windows 95 on it

geisha decided to train her to become a geisha too. She worked hard, but succeeded well - she was one of the most valued geishas. The book takes us to a tour where any detail of a great and merry Japanese village cannot be left out, where every little flower or Japanese cherry tree is blossomed, where geishas are highly valued and respected, until the World War I begins. People are taken away and they have escaped to country-sides or places where the war wouldn't be that effecting. A really bad time is about to begin. Few years later comes an old friend of that geisha to her and says that she should dress up for the last time as a real geisha, and show german what are japans really like. She gets to the town, but everything has changed even the knowing of a geisha has changed it's used as a word for a hooker. After the war japans wanted to get their cultural ways back the way they were, but nothing could restore the meaning of a geisha.
community, particularly if it happens consistently, should be punished as severely as the death sentence. Most Christians are firmly against capital punishment, because they believe that there is some good in every person, even if he does not show any regret for what he has done. Not all people are as mature as to have such forgiveness in them. On the other hand this type of forgiveness cannot be a groundsel for the larger community, because it requires that you should really know the person that is in question. The Gallup Death Penalty Poll has shown that in the year 2008 64% of Americans were in favour of the death penalty and 30% were against it. The results have mostly stayed the same over the years. Although, if the question was to choose between the death penalty or life imprisonment, with absolutely no possibility of parole, then the public was more divided. The reasons for being against capital punishment can be that there is always a possibility for
whether to go to university or start working. If you go to work then you probably will not start learning in the further life but if you go to university then you have more time to think what to do with your life and how you want to live it. So, which option is wiser? If you go to university then firstly you will learn a specific job which you will probably do very well in the future. If the field of study is smartly chosen then it would be really easy to find a good job and to earn much money. Secondly, it is widely known that you will get a lot of new friends in the university and it is good to know people who like the same things you do. Futhermore, nowadays the universities have many exchange programs which let you see the world and to improve other languages. If you choose to start working right after secondary school then you ceryainly have more freedom. You can choose from wide range of jobs which you want to do. Secondly, if you
Europe. It means that we have lots of tourists who want to visit our country. Positive side is that we have unique nature and old town. Also in Estonia there are lower prices than neighboring Scandinavian countries. Estonians are successful in creating different e-government solutions. We have e-school, e- voting and e-stores. Also the Skype is partly invented by estonians. A lot of talented people come from Estonia. Interesting about Estonia is that, although it is very small coutry it is still really popular among foreign stuents. It means that we have good education system. Consequently we can say that estonians are tolerant and foreign students feel comfortabe while living Estonia. Negative side is unemployment. It has decreased compared with the last year, but it is still too high. Also a lot of young people are unemployed. It might be caused by the economical crisis, which stopped in fall 2010. Now our economy has risen and situatsion is going to be better.
