School Uniform

Second reason that schools have school uniforms is because of the gangs. They believe, when all of the children wear the same clothes, they will not have any gangs. But students communicate with each other outside school too, so gangs will still arise. Last but not least, school uniforms are an unfair additional expense for parents and besides that a financial burden for poor families. School uniform is usually expensive and childrens grow every year - so they need new school uniform every year! I think that students have the right to wear whatever they want. If school uniforms take away their freedom, they might never want to learn again. I like that we don't have school uniforms in Rakke Gymnasium. It's my freedom to be the person I want to be. I don't think that the uniform will change me or my beliefs, but it will prevent my personality....

Film review - Moulin Rouge

It's a film made in collaboration between the USA and Australia. What made me want to see it was the trailer which was very dark, mystic and also musical. I really like musical films. It was directed by Baz Luhrmann and stars Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor. The film is set in the beginning of 20 th century in Paris. The main character is a poor English poet Christian who meets a group of bohemians who tell him that he should write a musical play for them to be played at the Moulin Rouge. There Christian meets Satine, the club's star and Paris' most famous courtesan, whom he falls in love with. After some time Satine falls for him as well. Things get really complicated when the club's owner invests in a wealthy duke to help pay for the club's remodelling but the duke will only pay if he gets Satine. That ends up as a crazy...

5. Kirjeldage, kuidas määratakse aine x elueerumismaht Vx. Aine elueerimismaht on sellise eluaadi maht, milles oleva aine kontsentratsioon on kõige suurem 6. Mida näitavad kolonni minimaalne ja maksimaalne elueerumismaht? Canada topic

CANADA Geography Canada is the world's second largest country in total area after Russia , since it covers nearly 10 million square kilometres, but is one of the most sparsely populated, with only about 34 million inhabitants. The majority of them live within 300 kilometres of Canada's southern border. Much of the rest of Canada is uninhabited or thinly populated, because the country has a rugged terrain and severe climate. Canada extends across the continent of North America, from Newfoundland on the Atlantic coast to British Columbia on the Pacific coast and northward into the Arctic Ocean. Canada shares land borders with the United States to the south and north-west. Canada is a land of great variety. Towering mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and lush, green forests make Canada's far west a beautiful region. Farther inland, fields of wheat and other grains cover Canada's vast prairi...

"They have none of them much to recommend them," replied he; "they are all silly and ignorant like other girls; but Lizzy has something more of quickness than her sisters." "Mr. Bennet, how can you abuse your own children in such a way? You take delight in vexing me. You have no compassion for my poor nerves." "You mistake me, my dear. I have a high respect for your nerves. They are my old friends. I have heard you mention them with consideration these last twenty years at least." "Ah, you do not know what I suffer." "But I hope you will get over it, and live to see many young men of four thousand a year come into the neighbourhood." Film industry at the prosperity time

The jobs were lost because of overall industrialization and the usage of conveyering method. People who committed suicide was the highest rate ever. The rich wives of businessmen were trying to sell back their golden accesories, but the gold was no longer taken back, because it had lost its value. Still, all this had no impact on the filming industry. The Last dollars was spent on movies, no matter how poor they were. Even Big movietheatres were built. Ppl escaped the harsh reality by waching movies. Essee: Can money buy happiness?

I generally believe it to be true; the most important things in life, such as friends, family and love can't be bought. However, in today's world we must agree that life without money can be really stressful and hard. If one doesn't have any money, one can't afford to pay rent, buy food, clothes, get medical help if needed or basically do anything. For example, people in developing countries are very poor , they don't have access to pure drinking water or food and they are unable to get proper medical help and that's why in Africa there are always all kinds of diseases spreading. Money is something that can cause a lot of trouble, it makes people greedy and it can even ruin relationships, but it is also something we cannot live without. That is why people need to be rational and understand that money is important and makes our lives easier but we still...

The best things in life are free

People can learn to do certain things well by taking lessons but the true gift to do it well can't be bought. Even after years of lessons you can't really play piano or sing as well a person who have the real talent from birth. Money doesn't confer good behavior. There are many rich people who are rude and with no manners but also there are plenty of poor people who demonstrate perfect manners and respect for others. The amount of money you have doesn't show if you behave well or poorly. Manners and classy behavior are not bought, they are taught and practiced by parents who want their children to be decent and well-mannered. Money can buy you entry into a better class position, but it cannot make you behave as you should. If money could buy peace there would be no wars or conflicts between different countries....
