My local supermarket I will be telling you about my local supermarket. It is about 1 kilometre from my house. Its name is Jannsen and it was named after the Estonian journalist Johann Voldemar Jannsen. I actually have quite many supermarkets around me but I chose this one because I feel like it has more of a story than the others. Theatre NO99 I chose to write about this theatre because I like it the most. If some other country were ever to attack Estonia and threaten our independence, the attack would be considered as an attack to all the member countries. This makes us feel very safe, being a small country. Furthermore, being a small country can sometimes mean having no voice in world affairs but being a part of the EU has made the smaller countries in Europe more heard. So, in conclusion, joining the European Union has made our situation better in some ways and then again worse in others. But we all have to remember, that if we don't try out something new and let go of the old and known, we will never develop and move forward. We should accept the changes, either good or bad, and be happy with what we've got, because it could always be worse.
