I came to the conclusion that for me it means accepting people the way they are- not caring about their appearance, orign, religion, attitude or skin coulor, even if their beliefs and thoughts are not just the same as mine. I think that every one of us should pay respect to other people. I find it interesting to learn about other cultures and how they live. Estonia is a culturally diverse society. It is home to approximately 1,4 million people and not all of them are Estonians. Beside us consider Estonia as their home: Russians, Ukranians, Belorussian, Jews, Tatars, Germans and Poles - among of many others. Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining Essay "Every cloud has a silver lining" - this is a very commonly used expression meaning that every bad situation has some good aspect to it. It's usually said as an encouragement to someone who is struggling in difficulties and is unable to see any positive way to get out of it. I have to say that I strongly believe in the meaning of this proverb and I try to recall it in my mind every time I'm in a complicated situation. Although I, like every other person in this world, have my ups and downs, I mostly like to think of myself as a positive person. I always seem to surprise people with my "can-do" attitude and smiley face, especially in severe or akward situations. Some of my friends have even said that majoring in English seems so boring and they constantly bombard me with questions about my future. That made me think about how exactly did I end up studying English? First of all, as a kid, I was so sure I would be a hairdresser or a teacher or a cook in the future. I am sure that almost every kid thinks the same, when all they have for inspiration are cartoons and toys to play with. When I started school, I was very interested in mathematics and other subjects that required logical thinking, because apparently I was smart in that area at the time. Up until 6th grade I was the best student in our class, winning mathematic competitions left and right and not only that. By that time I had also found out that I loved to write, specially poems and I used every opportunity to submit my works for competitions and I had the luck to win some of them. It felt good to be one of the best students in our class.

Firstly, it is important to make perfectly clear what is one´s motivation to learn is it a strive for a well-paid job, a place in a university or simply acknowledgement? Motivation is the key tool towards progress, it keeps you going when you experience failure or breakdown. Therefore it is like fuel to a car - a car might have all the functioning mechanical parts, but when it does not have fuel, it will not go very far. On the other hand, if a car has a tank filled with fuel, but lacks the crucial spare parts, it will not work well either. This is where study techniques come in, for example, learning styles. It is much easier to work or study if you are aware which style benefits you the most. One the other hand it might be said that students who have been in many student organizations have got jobs or scholarships more easily than those who have not. Firstly taking part actively in student organizations have given them many useful contacts and they have had mentors. Also secondly joining student organizations might provide help with students future careers and most of all it improves their social skills which causes personal and personality development
People want to get rid of the routine and because of that, they change jobs quite often. They do not even look the salary of the job. They are just looking for something that makes life more enjoyable. In today's world, people are worried about whether they even get a job. Lots of people are unemployed and in this situation they accept every job offer despite the fact that the job does not need high education level, but at least, it pays the bills. In other words, sometimes there is no other option than to do unsatisfying job. Someone just have to do the tedious jobs too. In conclusion, it is better to have a job that is fascinating and challenging. It is person's own decision what kind of job they want. Luckily, we can change our jobs, when we do not like it. But people produce much refuse and ways of recycling are getting old. Water pollution is also a problem in Estonia. We have factories that let their waste run into rivers. One of the biggest problems in Estonia is air pollution. Our air is polluted by exhaust fumes, because today we have a lot of cars, buses and other machines. In 2009 we had 407 cars to thousand inhabitants, which is lower than European Union average, but this number is still high. Because cars produce gases that contain carbon dioxide. This carbon dioxide in the air causes global warming, which is the result of the greenhouse effect. Tallinn wants to fight against it by offering public transportation for free, to Tallinn citizen.
