Workday needs fairy tales

Workday needs fairy tales Every person has a way to escape the day to the wonderland, through the music, the art of movies, or through the books. Person can loose a job, all the collected treasure, their love. Even if they have just one friend who cares and supports them, they are not alone. It is very encouraging to think that there is someone who will run to help you, when everyone else turn their back. Music is something that can light up the worst day. Music is filled with many feelings, many words and a lot of soul. Music is like a good friend who is always there. If a soul is filled with hate, music is the one to answer with raw, aggressive and straight forward sound. When the mood seems hopeless, it's music that surprisingly lifts the corners of your mouth with it's swinging and rhythmic melodies. If you are feeling down, then it's the music, like mother's soft fondle, that gently cheers you up w...

Career Needs and Wants

Career Needs and Wants I´m still a student, but I have always thought about my future career , what it looks like. Every career is somehow interesting and awesome, but career shouldn´t be boring. So, I have thought what preferences my career needs. First thing I point out is good environment. Environment is important thing about career. Some people like working outside or in small town, but I like to work in a big city and in penthouse. In the big city I have more opportunities to have lunch with colleagues and entertain myself. The second thing I want to point out is stability. Stability is the second important thing. State companies are those, who have stable job, because country supports these companies

My favourite outfit

My favourite outfit My name is Kerli. I am a 16-year-old schoolgirl. I am from Estonia. I would say I am usually helpful and kind. If anyone needs my help in anything, then I will always lend a hand. I like doing sports and I like to wear sporty clothes, because they are very comfortable. Also, like to wear feminine clothes. My favourite outfit is a leather jacket with blue jeans, a white blouse and black platforms. The leather jacket has white stripes down the sleeves. It is also quite worn-out by now because I have had it for some time now and I tend to wear it throughout the spring and autumn months

Abraham Maslow

1. füsioloogilised vajadused seksuaal-, vee-, toidu- ja unevajadus; 2. turvalisusvajadus vajadus kaitstuse järgi; 3. armastus- ja kuuluvusevajadus vajadus kuuluda mingisse enda jaoks olulisse rühma ja tunda, et temast hoolitakse; 4. tunnustusvajadus vajadus teiste poolt väljendatava tunnustuse järele; 5. eneseteostusvajadus vajadus saavutada kõik see, milleks inimesel jätkub võimeid, oskusi ja teadmisi. commonly used and may even mean or aim in any of the following:  Market may mean a place where buying and selling take place  Buyers and sellers come together for transaction  An organization through which exchange of goods takes place  The act of buying and selling of goods (to satisfy human wants)  An area of operation of commercial demand for commodities In addition, I have to define what is marketing. Marketing is a human activity to satisfy needs and wants, through an exchange process. A demand is a want for which consumer is prepared to pay a price. A want is anything or service the consumer desires or seek. Wants become demand when backed by purchasing power. Marketing is the creation and the delivery of a standards of living, it is finding out what customers want, then planning and developing a product or service that will satisfy those wants and then determining the best way to price, promote and distribute that product or service

It needs to be with all the comforts and in new or renovated condition. Kitchen should be big and spacious plus bathroom and toilet needs to be separate. Apartments with balcony or terrace, large windows and separate rooms are more appealing for me. I prefer to rent for a longer period of time with reasonable price. Range should not be over 400 which includes public utility bills. It is important that apartment has full kitchen furniture, cellar and garage for car

Motivatsioon ja motivatsiooniteooriad

ee 2015). 9 6. Need viitavad inimese soovile alles hoida tähtsaid isikutevahelisi suhteid. Siia alla käivad inimese sotsiaalsed, aktsepteerimise, kuuluvuse ja staatuse soovid;  Growth needs ehk arengu-, kasvuvajadused. Viimasesse vajadustegruppi kuulub

Marketing is usually focused on one product or service. Thus, a marketing plan for one product might be very different than that for another product. Marketing activities include "inbound marketing," such as market research to find out, for example, what groups of potential customers exist, what their needs are, which of those needs you can meet, how you should meet them, etc. Inbound marketing also includes analyzing the competition,

Some people say that board games are only for small children. If someone says "board game" then people will start think about small kids playing snake and ladders. I agree that that kind of board games is for childrens but nowadays there is very much dice games for grown-ups too. The most famous adults board game is chess. Much children can play it too, but still it needs little bit bigger brain and someway it likes for intelligent people more than the others. Another board game for grown-ups is "Cashflow", it is the game which teaches how to invest your money and how to get it work for yourself. It is quite hard game and needs previously knowledge but it teaches you something that you can't learn from school. That is the problem why

Pay-for performance: necessary or unsuitable way to increase efficiency in the public sector

overpaid, under-worked and unaccountable. So pay-for performance would allow government to show that public sector employees are also being paid for the work they do- not the time they spend on doing a job. What pay-for performance would give to managers is that, it would make it easier for them to examine what exactly is that what they want their employees to achieve. So managers themselves need to carefully assess what it the desired outputs they need to achieve. It gives better focus on what needs to be done and how. Better focus on tasks goal giver better results on every level. But in many scholars opinion pay-for performance has many negative aspects that may over weight the positive effects. To begin with, as mentioned above pay-for performance idea is to motivate civil servants to perform better through monetary rewards. The problem is that this may reduce intrinsic motivation, the connection with the organisation and with the task is now based on money, not on public interest

Over a year's time, your savings in energy, money and time could be substantial, while your part in traffic congestion shrinks. 6. Live Near Your Place of Work or School --- If it takes more than 30 minutes to walk to your workplace or school, perhaps you could move closer. 7. Demand Higher Fuel Efficiency Standards --- The gas-guzzling of most cars and trucks is an embarrassment for our country. We're being thoughtless about our children's needs and future. Each of us needs to demand that our elected officials set much higher fuel- efficiency standards. 8. Demand Better Transportation Planning --- Right now, most government transportation managers are focused on building more roads and highways. They are not promoting wiser, healthier, more efficient transportation methods. Each of us needs to demand that our elected officials support alternative, better transportation methods, as well as strict landuse zoning to reduce urban sprawl. 9

Staffing - Xculture

Since the entry mode chosen was exporting, the best way to maintain the low budget would be to mainly hire locals together with few expatriates. As the market of entering is a foreign country (Nigeria) there would be needed to hire locals of the new country in the sales, marketing and legal departments. The locals should be hired as sales representatives and agents as they know the culture, methods to approach the possible customers and the needs of the market of the new country. Their tasks would be the direct selling (i.e. door-to-door selling, attending fairs and trade shows) and also meeting with the potential retailers and vendors, who could start selling Daffodils products. The sales manager should be an expatriate, who has experience in the sales field and knows the products and the company. The expatriates could be used to train the locals to become the sales representatives and agents

That is why me and my friend Joan decided to devote one day to make other people happier. 42 I was waiting that day for months and when my clock alarm rang that morning I was so excited about what is going to happen. I woke up at 11 a.m, ate my breakfast and then went to shower. We decided to do the charity in Old Town, our destination was sell as much our clothes, what we do not need anymore, as we can. Dear social worker

Dear social worker I am writing because of my concern about my elderly neighbor. She is a really friendly 80-year old lady but she is not able to do everyday jobs to live normal life. I have helped her to cope with everyday life but next year I will leave to other city to attend university and I think she is not able to continue without any help. Usually after school I go and visit her to ask if she needs something from shop or pharmacy. She also has problems using her mobile phone to call her friends or healthcare persons, which I also has helped her to do. Once a week I have helped her with cleaning her apartment. Sometimes when I visit her I have seen that she just needs to talk to somebody to feel happy. I have tried to help her as much as possible. I hope we can manage to find proper solutions to this problem. I wait for Your thoughts about which would be the best way to her.

Love and forgiveness

Is it hard to forgive someone, that you love? Most of the people think that asking for forgiveness makes you look like a loser. In asking for forgiveness you also have to admit you are wrong and people do not like to do that. Nobody wants to be humiliated. In the first place, when someone has insulted you, and the person admits that he has been wrong, then i see no reason why not to forgive him. I think that it is important that the person himself understands his fault. Everyone needs a second chance. Furthermore, you want to forgive someone, who is really related to you. However, you cannot forgive everything. For example, when your girlfriend has cheated on you and when she even do not admit her fault. That is true that everybody needs a second chance, but not when someone uses you malevolently. I think this is unacceptable. On the whole, i think that it is hard to forgive someone, when the person do not admit his fault, even when the person is close to you

What is needed for good society Good society needs three things. These things are: rudimentary democratic consent, universal access to human essentials and accessibility to other desirable items. If these aspects are not fulfilled; it is not a good society. In my opinion, good society is not the thing what suits for everybody, because if you will not agree with good society standards, you really are not the person who would be advantageous for this kind of society. We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children

Secondly, there is a huge amout of waste and pollution. Clean air is our most valuable resource, but it is getting more and more polluted, in the same way as the water. For example, the pollution of water kills hundreds of thousands of birds and water animals. As a result of pollution , there are holes in the ozone layer, which in its turn loses some of its protection. Pollution is also the cause of acid rain, which damages the forests. In conclusion, we cannotonly consider with our needs, we have to think more broadly. In the future our children will need the same resources in the same way as we do. If we do not consider with the others' needs, and increase the overconsumption even more, then we will finally destroy our planet.

For and against Estonian troops on peace- keeping missions. I am sure that nobody likes war. Nowadays peace-keeping missions are becoming very popular. Different countries for example Estonia send troops to keep peace in some country where at this instant the war is taking place. But is it necessary? Some point of view peace-keeping missions are important. For example counrty what needs help, can be very weak and needs reinforcement. Also then Estonian forces knows, that if Estonia have foreign policy problems, then this country might helps us too. Secondly if Estonian troops are on peace-keeping missions, then powerful countries might see that our troops are quite practical and this increases our relationships with world countries. Negative is that peace-keeping missions can be very dangerous. Like couple year ago, Estonian soldier died in Afganistan, but he hasn`t been the only one

Poverty in World

industrialized nations are often "developed". A lack of material wealth does not necessarily mean that one is deprived. A strong economy in a developed nation doesn't mean much when a significant percentage (even a majority) of the population is struggling to survive. Politics have led to dire conditions in many poorer nations. In many cases, international political interests have led to a diversion of available resources from domestic needs to western markets. This has resulted in a lack of basic access to food, water, health, education and other important social services. This is a major obstacle to equitable development. Poverty has also been described as the number one health problem for many poor nations as they do not have the resources to meet the growing needs. But poverty is not restricted just to developing countries. Industrialized nations are also seeing a sharp increase in poverty

Making a film

Whatever kind of movie you make, it must have a clear idea, because the audience needs to understand the content. Film-making is very expensive, even about 15 minutes long film can cost over 30,000 pounds to make. A low-budget feature-length film can cost more than 0,5 million pounds. Therefore, film-maker must be sure that audience will like the movie. Low-budget films in Britain usually begin with a script, which is written specially for playing in the cinema. Capital Punishment Should Be Abolished

The pros of a capital punishment are that if the person gets that punishment, he or she will never get a chance to do something that cruel again. Sometimes the criminals, who get a prison sentence, do something illegal again, after that punishment. Second pro is that it's cheaper for the country to kill the person, than to pay for his/her food and clothes for the rest of his/her life in the prison. Although the killing of the person also needs money, it's still way cheaper than to pay for at least 40 years for all the life needs in prison. The main con of the capital punishment is that if the person actually didn't commit the crime, he or she was punished for, will die as innocent. Nobody can wake him or her up again, after that punishment. Second con is the question of humanity. A lot of countries think that killing the people is inhuman and therefore have abolished the capital punishment. Third con is that the person will

The sale of human organs A lot of people sell their organ or even organs. That wonders me, do i want to sell my organ to somebody? In my opinion, selling organ to somebody is a good thing. I love to help people out, and if i have healthy organs, then why not to give one organ to somebody who really needs it? I think that it doesn't matter who the person is, i would give it to him/her, if he/she needs it. However, there are some people who are against to it. They think that this is too abominable and they will never give their organ to somebody. However they still say that they will think about it, when I offer them money. A lot of money. Isn't this weird? A lot of people will do everything to get money, they even agree selling their organ to somebody. Likewise we can find people, who would give their organ only to somebody on family. It will happen when diverse groups from industry, environment, schools, service clubs, business, governments & the public come together and work towards a common vision of sustainability for our communities - balancing the needs of human and natural systems. My vision is of a world free of war, hatred, and greed. It is a world in balance with nature, a place where poverty and starvation have been abolished and replaced with equality for all. It is a time where we have liberated ourselves from the grip of racism and discrimination and embrace individual and cultural diversity. I see a future in which we meet the basic needs of every man,

Kokkuvõte: "What makes a good leader?"

Nevertheless good leaders have to remember that they don't know everything. There are general characteristics that good leader should have. Bill George thinks also that leadership is not about skills, but about leaders character. He said that it is important to have sense of purpose, passion and mission. Daisy Wademan Dowling said that good leaders need empathy and they need to be teachers. Good leader also needs to be patient, optimistic and reliable. Good leader knows how to communicate well and is a good listener. It is important that leader surrounds himself/herself with like- minded people. Dave Ulrich, the founder of the RBL group, thinks that good leader is like a good parent. He added that people have looked for leaders as individuals for many years. An individual becomes a great leader because of the skills, of the knowledge, of the ability.

Should a man be a househusband

Should a man be a househusband? It is a pretty popular subject nowadays. The phenomenon of strong women is more and more urgent, whereas more and more men stay at home as househusbands. This phenomenon causes many people to wonder whether this is a positive change. If this is true, can it be done without having a negative effect on the family? In my opinion, a man should earn money for his family, but taking care of the house and kids should be women's chores, because every child needs mother's care and attention. Otherwise lack of it may be seen in the future and father cannot replace mother. Furthermore, men are not going to stand still and watch it uselessly. Most of them think of themselves as the family heads and they have an obsession about being the successful ones. But behind every successful man there is a woman, and it is a boost for men's ego, because they have been grown up knowing, that they are obligated to raise a family, but not to do ,,women's chores."

"What makes a good movie?"

on any existing stories have to have a better story to be successful because they most likely won't have any real fans before the movie is released. The story can't be too long or too short. It has to have some detail but not too much as that would make the movie boring and long. Too much text and no real action or just action and only a few lines of text will also make the movie boring. The story has to be balanced and have a point. After the story has been completed the movie needs good actors, that could play the characters and would really fit into the roles. This is easier when the movie is not based on anything else, though the actors still need to handle their roles nicely. When the movie is based on something else, the actors have to be picked with great precision because the viewers already have their visions of the characters and the director has to work hard to get the actors as similar to the characters in the original story as he can.

VSense  VR , VO  1  F VR  RL  c. How can the above schem be modified with open sensor detection using only one ADC and one digital input pin of the microcontroller? Adding a comparator to Vsense. If Vsense needs some protection on its input for variations higher and lower than the operating voltage (exact swing not specified). Some protection to limit the rise time of the ESD pulse should also be added. The release time of the relay also needs to be less than 2.2 ms to be able to "click" at a certain frequency. Flyback protection must also be added. Using Google, you found four possible circuits to use. These four circuits are shown in the below Figure.

THE VALUE OF THINGS VS THE PRICE OF THINGS

They also want children or grand-children to visit them. Pensioners want peaceful energy and love around them, these are the things that money can not buy. People in my age also want some things that are not buyable. Everyone want a person, that loves us, by our side. Money can not buy ourselves friends or lovers. Of course it is wrong in some ways, because if you are rich, people want to be your friends for your money, but to be honest, these are not people to trust. Every one needs belongings that money can not buy. There are many kinds of values, like personal, family, material, spiritual and moral. Personal values we build to live our life right and guide us to relate with other people. Personal values are related to family values, because we depend on our families. Essay on Iron Man

Iron Man essay A superhero is a character with extraordinary powers who is dedicated to protecting the public. However, this definition can be matched with different sets of character traits. This essay discusses what makes Iron Man special and memorable. Besides literally being strong, which a superhero obviously needs to be, Iron Man aka Tony Stark was also highly intelligent. That's what actually helped him in most situations rather than mindlessly beating the opponent. Tony Stark had graduated with advanced degrees in physics and engineering at the age of 17 from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. When imprisoned and forced to create a weapon of mass destuction in the movie Iron Man, Stark was able to build an armor suit and a reactor to escape. His extensive knowledge about

We all have felt good about donating something.

part of my body. Nor do I think I am being selfish, but giving an organ away just is not realistic. Moreover, donating an organ seems to me like giving a part of your life away. But circumstances and life can change us and our thinking. If a family member, relative or friend needed a transplant in order to stay alive, it would definitely be easier to donate an organ in that case. I am not sure that would I do it for a stranger. It really depends on who needs the organ. If someone I care about needs an organ to survive, I would gladly donate it. I would much rather go through a struggle with them rather than sit there, watching them suffer, and do nothing when I have the means to help. I do understand people who agree to donate their body parts in the event of their own death. You do not need your body anymore anyway, so why not? Thousands of lives are saved every day in the US by people willing to donate their organs in this way
