some problems I want to talk about, which was not mention in brochure. Firstly, when we arrived at the airport, there were not any coach waiting for us but brochure said that transfer was included. Because of that we had to take a taxi and it was very expensive. What is more, the beach was far from hotel which was unpleasant surprise. In addition, entire resort was crowded and very noisy but travel agent described it as quiet and peaceful area. Last but not least, our hotel room was tiny and not comfortable for three people to live in, it was dirty also. Furthermore, towels were dirty during our two weeks holiday. My house would be in the middle of them, so i could see the sea from one side and the mountains from the other side of the house. The house would have two floors and a basement because that's all i need. Researches have shown that students, who have worked for few years after secondary school, can't concentrate on their lessons as much as those whose first choice was university. Hi, my name is Elsa Clay and I studied at an all-girls Catholic high school .And here are some answers to the questions about my school. First, yes, we wear uniforms what consist of button-down blue or white blouses or polo shirts and a pleated blue and green plaid skirt. At our school we do not wear a miniskirt teamed with thigh-high socks, pink lipstick and a bare midriff. But we do have casual days when we can dress down at least once a month. Sometimes some of us are barley recognizable without uniform. Second, no boys in our school, and it's a relief not having to deal with the distractions during class time. kidneys run around in our body, and it is painful. It is clear, that for life we need many more nutritions, what we can get from green food. On the other hand it is healthy to be a vegeretian. People, who does not eat meat are fit and this is healthy. Our heart can work well and vegeterians dont need to worry about stroke because their body dont consist cholesterol. Maybe they can live longer, but it is not proved. And last, but not least , a vegeterians temper need to be strong. Because they can not eat everything tasty food, what other people eat all the time, like beacon, cheese, ham or even eggs. I believe that it is difficult to keep away from all this kind of food. finally, being vegeterian has both good and bad points but i think that being a vegeterian is hard to humans body and mind but it is easier to keep fit.
Estonians: What we're really like In my opinion Estonians are quite serious, we work hard and we're well-educated. We love to travel and a lot of people have a job or go to school somewhere outside Estonia. Ernest Hemingway once said that at least one Estonian can be found in every part of the world. Many of us have emigrated to the US, Canada or Australia. Some of them came back after the restauration of the independence in 1991. Estonia is a quite young country with painful history but I think we've been strong and kept our heads up. We may have a little country but it doesn't mean that the people are small too. How are you? What you've done during the three weeks after Christmas holidays? Well, I've been to school for all those weeks. Last week we watched a really interesting film. The film was about secrets in our Universe. It made me feel more self- confident and I realized that the World is about me and what I want, not about what I will never archive or never get, because if I really want something and work for it, I know I will get what I want. Well, at least some of it. My view of life has changed completely. You definitely should watch it. It's educational and interesting at the same time! Besides it is even as a book. So you can read about that instead of watching the film. I've seen the book at the store, it wasn't very expensive, so I really recommend you to get the film or buy the book. Dear Alice, Date: I received your nice letter and I understood that you're interested in healthy lifstyle. If you want to start, I suggest to start checking what you eat. You should eat a lot of fruits, fresh vegetables and "green stuff", because fresh food contains most of the necessary vitamins. I don't forbid you from anything, but I think you should avoid fries, hamburgers, potato chips and sweets. Did you know, that it is important to eat everything you like, but in the right amount - not too much and not too little? It is not good for you to think too much about your weight, it is too stressful. Just have whatever you like, but control yourself - veggies instead of fries, etc. A good workout is the second most important thing in leading a healthy lifstyle. It affects nature and peoples health causing them breathing problems. Secondly, huge amounts of waste are being produced every day and it is all because of overconsumption. Although, in recent years peoples knowledge about recycling and using eco-friendly products have improved, there are more landfills in Estonia than ever before. The government should take some actions and instead of talking about recession, improve recycling programs. Last but not least, abuse of the natural resources is also a big problem in Estonia. Big fatories let their waste run into the rivers without cleaning it and farmers use man-made fertilizers. Their actions spoil groundwater. We must not take water for granted but we should conserve it. To sum up, we all should help the environment.
