The most important thing for a happy life

The most important thing for a happy life There are a lot of things that are needed for a happy life. Some people think the most important thing is money, some people think it is good health. In my opinion, the most important thing for a happy life is a little bit of everything. I do not think it is just money or family or an important job that will make my life happy. However, I do not think i have to have it all just a little bit of everything which means a close family, money, good health and a good job. Despite that, I do not think to it is always possible to have it all. There is always something that keeps people from being happy. Some people are not happy even if they have everything they will still find something to complain about. Consequently, I believe it does not matter to some people if they have a good job and a lot of money they will still find a reason for being unhappy.

GMO kokkuvõte

On nowdays, we already have problem with lack of food, despite we have only 6 billion mouths to feed. So scientists had to do something. They started to develop GM food. Farmers thought, that GM food is not good enough but when they tested it, they were satisfied. GM food is more resistant to diseases, drought, and other forces of nature and it tastes good. Already, there are a lot of farmers, mostly in developing countries who are using genetically enhanced plants. However, there are still problems with productivity, because it is too low. There is also a chance that there are people who don't want to eat GM food. The EU is standing for their rights. The EU demands that enhanced products must be with special labels which must clearly notify that it is a GM product. So people have a chance to choose between natural and GM food.

Pros and Cons of School Uniforms

Pros and Cons of School Uniforms To start with, school uniforms have many good sides for students, however, uniforms also have bad sides which are particulary involved with financial problems. In the first place, school uniforms help to prevent violence in school territory, for example uniforms can prevent gangs from forming on campus and identify intruders in the school yard. Secondly, school uniforms increase a sense of belonging and school pride. It encourages discipline, lessens economic and social barriers between students. Besides that there is no need to spend money on trendy clothes.

Buying on credit is an alternative way

MONOLOGUE Buying on credit is an alternative way INTRODUCTION: Buying on credit is an alternative way, it is said because it is a form of borrowing. MAIN BODY: First of all, credit card offer us a useful form of short term borrowing if you can repay your bill in each month. For example, when you are travelling or just need to unexpectedly make a ig purchase. However, before deciding to borrow money it is important to know if you will be able to repay it back in the future. People must know that free lunches don't exist and anyway they must pay later. PERSONAL OPINION In my opinion credit card is an ,,easy money" and often peole don't know what happens later. We should live according to our abilities and don't buy things when we haven't got enough money. CONCLUSION So, as you can see buying on credit is an alternative method and we should use it only then, when we know if we ...

Supermarket vs cornershop

Supermarket vs Corner shop Most people are under the impression that they like supermarkets. However, there are big vairety of those, who love to shop in corner shops. Both shops have their pros and cons. So which shop should we perfer to? Firstly, supermarket's main advantage is big vairety of all kinds of products. There are all kinds of different sorts and you can be sure to find different discounts too. Many discounts are with shopping carts, so it is important to have one. On the other hand, there are bigger queues than corner shops and can be more difficulties to find products, because area is much bigger. Secondly, corner shops main advantage is location. They are closer to home and there are short queues too. Also there are some products that you won't find in supermarkets and also fresh bakery products. were healed. Relatives and close friends often sat beside a grave of a deceased person, but this was related to their superstitious beliefs. 4 Sitting beside a grave - sometimes shaded with a hut or covering to provide shelter for the mourner or mourners - involved ensuring that the deceased person's spirit had gone to the 'sky camp' or to its spirit- place. Obviously it is impossible to say 'how' they knew or considered when this happened. However after the mourning period was completed, a deceased person's name was never mentioned again. This often involved inventing new words for totems but was based on their superstitious beliefs in a personal spirit and ghosts. The belief in a personal spirit was based on the Dreamtime stories that told the people that birth was the result of a spirit-child entering a woman's body. Or in some parts of the country, birth had been an act of the creators.

correct), and it was only later in 1930s that Cornelis Van Niel was able to propose the general equation for photosynthesis.3 It has taken hundreds of years for scientists to make sense of photosynthesis, but we don’t really value this information and it isn’t of much importance to us, the ordinary people. An argument for this would be the importance of understanding photosynthesis will help us grow a healthier crop for our population or efficiently. However, plants have been growing on earth for millions of years without the need of understanding the process of photosynthesis. We were able to produce food crops for our consumption and for trade/sale successfully even before photosynthesis was discovered and therefore we don't find it as valuable. When we compare photosynthesis to the discovery of the double helix in DNA structure which has helped scientists identify

makes references to man and woman (only), and the Christian God. Which might leave the reader confused. My biggest question about this part is: Why is everyone forced to love? I think that most of us would agree, when you're attracted to someone, or in love with someone, you would bend to there will. There may be some things that are out of your control; be it because you want so badly to make them happy, or that you so badly want pleasure. However, the passage says that we are forced to feel this attraction, to someone. What about the people that don't want a partner? I believe Rojas makes a good point about what effect love has on us, but it doesn't necessarily have to affect everyone. When I wrote my literal translation, I tried to write something that any modern English speaker could understand, and still feel the compassion in Celestina's statement. When I read the

Essay: Living in a City

Why? There are many advantages of living in a city. There are more opportunities to find a job and to promote one's career. There are usually better schools and universities are founded in cities, too. On the other hand are cities pretty noisy, therefore it can create a restless environment for concentrated studying. A big advantage of living in a city is the variety of entertainment concerts, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and cafes, nightclubs and so on. However, in the countryside people can enjoy the silence and relax without paying any money. Also, in the countryside the environment is much greener and cleaner as in the cities the air is more polluted, which can damage our health. Living in a city, people have much better accessibility for things in need, like food, medications etc., because important industries and shopping centres are usually close to the consumers.

Why students dropp out of college

There are advantages as well as disadvantages of getting international aid. International aid could help in improving the country's position in the world. International aid can contribute to fighting global poverty, hunger and help get access to medical care. It can also provide to solve problems like terrorism, rehabilitation and many other problems. However, receiving countries could misuse international aid. Money could use to fund illegal activities and the strengthening of armed forces. International aid should be used very wisely and judiciously, only then can we eliminate poverty and hunger and other problems in the world. Students tend to drop out because their expectations of college--academically, socially, or both--don't match up with the reality once they get there. They also suffer from lack of motivation, inadequate preparation, and poor study skills. Students who are well prepared for college coursework are more likely ...

Having a job while studying - essee

have to ask money your parents. You have experience when you go to work after school. But at the negative side you don´t have enough time to learn your homework, because when you aren´t at school you are at work. It takes much time of your personal life. When you want to go out with your friends, then you can´t because you have to be at work or relationships with opposite gender will suffer. And when you are grown up you will understand that you have lost a piece of your childhood. However, these students are after school more prepared to real life, where you have your own family or even you have kids and it is very important to your future life. Taking everything into account, having a job while studying, should be students own decision, parents should only slightly direct their kids, not determine strictly, what should and what shouldn´t.

Positive sides of the economic recession

Since the monthly income might not be as brave as it was before, they turn their attention to discounted alternative products and find out that for example it may be possible to use low-priced detergents instead of purchasing a highly recommended one and double the expense. Also, a lot of enterprises and companies gain experience from recessions. They might suffer under lack of different resources for example financial and material crisis. However, if the company overcomes the recession, it gains an invaluable experience how to withstand crisis situations and how to cut balances, even though it might have come with certain sacrifices such as firing workers. In conclusion the recession could be a sort of a wake-up call to humanity to keep eyes on their spending and credit card balances and the same comes with companies a low tide is a positive side, if only one learns from it.

Canada

Canada stretches nearly a quarter of the way around the globe and covers six of the world’s 24 time zones. Canada has the longest coastline in the world, so it meets three oceans: the Pacific, the Atlantic and the Arctic. Canadians are multicultural. They are proud of the many cultures that exist side by side in their country. It has two official languages, English and French. The Canadian population is made up mainly of British and French origins. However Canada is not like Britain, or France, or the USA. The way of life there is very varied. It has influenced by immigrants from all over the world. Canadians prefer British English spellings, such as theatre, centre, colour and harbour. Words for some objects can be different, example a sofa is a chesterfield. There are also pronunciation differences in the three Canadian regions. But as Canadians watch lots and lots of American TV, all

The first thing I would like to know is whether we can take our dog with us, or are there extra conditions? As we usually travel by car and it is said in your advertisement that it is possible to park a car, but I wonder if we have to pay extra for it. I hope you can also let me know about the holiday house which has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. However, if I want to buy some food, is there a fridge I could use? As the advert states one week costs € 252. Could you also inform me if the price includes bed linen and towels too or I have to bring my own? Finally, I am interested whether you have the Internet access where I can find out more details. I look forward to hearing from you. Your faithfully, Mari Mets

It is a very quiet and calm village. We have here only 3 food-shops, two really small ones and a bigger one ,,Maxima". Here is also being built a kindergarden. Near here we have a little staying place, something like a motel. We have a bus from the center, it takes nearly 35 minutes to get from the center to Muuga. Bus comes every 17-25 minutes, so it is quite comfortable. A lot of place to walk, go jogging and ride a bike. I'm happy that i live near the bus stop, it's very good for me, but however sometimes I may miss the bus. I can walk here in my yard only in a robe and nobody will tell me anything, that's why i like Muuga and also for its tranquilness. But i don't like that it takes me so much time to get to the city center.

Its territorial waters stretch from the sub-tropical through to the sub-antarctic. Both islands tend to have better swimming beaches on their eastern coasts and the further north you go. The west coasts of both islands are quite rugged with cliffs and more unsettled weather. There are however some suitable swimming and bathing beaches here, with iron (volcanic) sand beaches (black sand) being common on the North Island. The longest beach in New Zealand is the 90 mile beach, which is actually about 60 miles long. This beach is famous for its huge sand dunes and resembles the Sahara Desert in places. Phosphate Binders: Your Questions Answered

There are various phosphate binders available in the United States: calcium carbonate (OScal®), calcium acetate (PhosLo®), sevelamer (Renvela®), lanthanum (Fosrenol®) and aluminum hydroxide (Amphojel®). They work by binding to phosphate in the gastrointestinal tract and forming a compound that cannot be absorbed into the blood and instead is then excreted in the feces. These medicines are most often used in patients who have end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or are on dialysis. However, they are sometimes used in patients with stages 3 and 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD). Timing is important when taking phosphate binders. Phosphate binders must be taken with meals, otherwise they do not work. This is because they only bind phosphate in food that you consume. If a dose is not taken within 30-minutes from when you last ate, it should be skipped and the following dose taken as scheduled with the next meal. Also, do not double up on the medicine if a dose is

Second, picture 1 as well as picture 2 tell us about typical aspects of student life.  However, the pictures clearly differ from each other in several aspects. To start with, while the young man in p1 is obviously relaxing after winning a competition, the students in p2 are in the middle of writing their papers. enhanced its completeness and integrity. The buffer zone, increased from 370 ha to 2253 ha, also in 2008, now protects the immediate setting of the inscribed property in a much more complete fashion. Extended to the sea to include views from Viimsi and Kopli peninsulas, the buffer zone now includes 9 view sectors and 5 view corridors. To date, Tallinn has maintained its characteristic skyline visible from both the sea and the land. The characteristic skyline however could be vulnerable because of planned high rise development outside the buffer zone. Authenticity The site preserves to a remarkable extent the medieval urban structure of building plots, streets and squares, set out in the 13th century, as well as medieval urban fabric. The radial street network is well endowed with buildings from the 14th-16th centuries. The town defences have been preserved over large sections at their original length and height, rising to over 15m in places.

Love and forgiveness

forgiveness makes you look like a loser. In asking for forgiveness you also have to admit you are wrong and people do not like to do that. Nobody wants to be humiliated. In the first place, when someone has insulted you, and the person admits that he has been wrong, then i see no reason why not to forgive him. I think that it is important that the person himself understands his fault. Everyone needs a second chance. Furthermore, you want to forgive someone, who is really related to you. However, you cannot forgive everything. For example, when your girlfriend has cheated on you and when she even do not admit her fault. That is true that everybody needs a second chance, but not when someone uses you malevolently. I think this is unacceptable. On the whole, i think that it is hard to forgive someone, when the person do not admit his fault, even when the person is close to you. Some people just do not admit that they were wrong, because it makes them feel awkward

On the one hand going to the university is very interesting way for student and this means, that you would have lively life, travel and meet people. Moreover, you get a lot of knowledge. However, in the other hand going to university implies that you study there 4-6 years more. In addition you can not be sure that you find after graduating from university a highly paid job. Letter of complaint

Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you about a china figure which I had bought for my friend from your company on the 16th January for £19.99. I enclose copies of the guarantee and the receipt. In your advert you claim that each figure comes on a wooden stand with a gold plaque where you will engrave our chosen message. However, you engraved the wrong message and not the one that I had given you. Another problem is the quality of that figure. I was very disappointed, because when I received the figure, it was already broken. In fact, the wooden stand was cracked not only one but from many places. In your advert you also claim that the product will be delivered within 10 days, but it took 3 weeks until I got it. I had to buy another gift for my friend. I am really sad, because that china

Schools should provide computers for students to use for all their school subjects

they would not have to carry heavy textbooks. This would be very convenient for students. On the other hand, students can easily get distracted by all the computers. They might start playing games on the computers or something else inappropriate. Computers are also not suitable for subjects such as art and mathematics, where students have to draw and sketch. In conclusion, I feel that schools should provide computers for some subjects that require computers. However, teachers should keep an eye on the students so that they would not get distracted.

Essay You can never have too much money

how people look, but what is more important, is that wanting more and more money changes people’s values. There is nothing wrong with wanting a little bigger salary, more money from parents and so on, but you must remember that you can not be greedy and selfish. Perhaps people should pay more attention on things that do not cost, for example friendship. Money usually brings people happiness since you have the ability to buy food on your table and a roof above your head, however it takes time and energy to earn it. You may get tired, stressed and eventually it might cause other problems. Therefore I think that when you have money and you know how to use it the right way, then you can never have too much of it. Of course I am nobody to tell someone how to live their life, but in my opinion everybody should balance their attention and priorities between financial goals and friends, family etc.
