Dear Sir, My name is ... I am writing this letter following my stay at your hotel, Hotel Titanic. I stayed in room 603 from September 3rd to September 10th. I am wiriting becouse of the poor level of service and overall an unpleasant experience. When I first got to the hotel, I had to wait for 15 minutes in the reception before a young woman came, and helped us book in. Throughout my stay I was served mediocre food. The bathroom wasen't cleaned properly and the room servise was pretty bad. The room servise rearly changed my bed sheets and towels. There were 6 power-cuts wich each lasted for atleast 2 minutes. Worse still, I had an extremly noisy neighbour who was entertaining his visitors until 4 AM, two nights in a row.
Report The travelling habits of Estonians The aim of the report is to analyse the difference of holiday habits of Estonian people. It is based on a survey carried out by the students of 10a between 10th to 15th February in 2010. The interviews involved students and adults. The majority of young people want to travel by car or by plane and their favourite accommodation is a hotel or camping. They are ready to pay about 6000 EEK for one trip. Adults like to travel by car too and their favourite accommodation is a hotel, while older people like comfort. More than 90% of questioned adults found that a hotel is the best accommodation. Adults are willing to pay about 5000 EEK for one trip. Most of the questioned people would like to go to Spain, China and USA but in Estonia they would go on the islands and to the South-Estonia.

Dec 11, 2011 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about my bad experiences I had while staying at your hotel from 1st of December to 4th of December. First of all, I stayed at a small room with noisy guests in the next room. Although, I had been told that I would be staying at a large private room far away from other guests. Second of all, the food was terrible. However, the brochure said that you have one of the best chefs in your hotel and that the food will be amazing. My book. I read Agatha Christie's "The Body in the Library". The story was 130 pages long. The book was first published in 1942 but my version was published in 1983 by Moscow Vyssaja Skola. The genre of the book is mystery novel. The story takes placed in an imaginary English village St Mary Mead where the body was found and the fashionable seaside resort Danemouth because most of the suspects were staying there at the Majestic Hotel. St Mary Mead seems to be a nice quiet village where strange things happen once in a while. Very different people live there from different social standings. And Miss Marple knows them all very well, like it's usual for a small village. The story takes place in the 1940's I think. The date is not mentioned in the book but I assume it is around 40's because of the description and the book was published in 1942. There is a murder in St Mary Mead and it's a hard one to solve but

Location The hotel is very accessible via public transportation, and, probably thanks to its college community, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. If eating out's not your thing, there is both a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods within two blocks, too. What We Didn't Like The cracked and stained tiles in the shower suggest that the bathrooms got passed over during the recent renovation, and we'd have preferred to not have seen short black hairs (not ours) in the sink.

I already completed the Feedback Form but I would like to add some more points. Firstly, when we arrived, we were told that the bungalow we had booked was not available ad we were offered instead accommodation in rooms, which we did not want. The room service was extremely slow. Secondly I would like to recomend to visit Estonia theater and opera house. There is a variety of plays, operas and balley. The building is outstanding and miracoulus appearences. Thirdly I would like to recomend to visit acient fortresses like castles : Narva and Rakvere In Rakvere you can ride a horse, make crossbow fhooting, made a coin, see historicas swords, visit wine cellar and tortuure chamber. Also I would like to recomend Georg Otsa SPA Hotel, Because Saaremaa( Kuressaare) is outstanding, the air is clean, beautiful beach and warm water. SPA procidures are gate and hotel wonderful. I would not recomend to visit suborbs, because there is boring and nothing to look at. If you do not like modern art, i would not recomend you to visit museum of Kumu. And if you have small children do not visit publik beaches, because they are quite dirty.

Firstly, people are getting use to the thought, that everything around them is free from defects. People watch movies and pictures, play games and do not think, that everything they see is not a reality. They get depressed when finding out that the actual look of an object is not the same as it was on the pictures. When booking a hotel, everybody firstly look at the pictures of the hotel and then decide if they really want to stay there. As they arrive to the place they booked, they are disappointed, because all the pictures were illustrated. Computer-generated images are often the main reasons why people get upset and are disappointed. Secondly, little childrens central nervous system can be effected. By watching computer- generated movies, it gives you a real look of the situation. Children like to watch a lot of

A book review Catcher in The Rye by J.D.Salinger Catcher in The Rye is a novel written by J.D.Salinger. It and was first published in 1951. The story is about a teenage boy Holden Caulfield who dropped out of high-school because he failed every exam but English. Instead of going home and face his parents he decides to stay in hotel. For two days he wanders in New York and meets different people. Everything is described through Holden's perspective. Holden had quite complex character. He sometimes acts like a 13-year-old but in the same time he can be quite reasonable.
