Should advertisements promoting alcohol be banned?

Usually people do not think that it looks good only on TV and those drinks are harmful for health. Furthermore, advertisements promoting alcohol show that drinking alcohol makes people cooler and parties better. In these advertisements all the people are smiling, nobody is angry and everybody feels at ease. But in real life these parties are not so good, some people, who are really drunk, start to fight with other ones. Also, it is not unusual for some people to end their party in hospital. On the other hand, there are lots of people who drink alcoholic drinks only when they are eating. They do not want to get drunk and they drink in small amounts. In this case, advertisements have not such a great influence on them. Maybe they want to try out other brands, for instance. In conclusion, I feel that advertisements promoting alcohol should be banned. There are alcoholic drinks in almost every shop and that is enough. Why do we have to

Sri Ishopanisad Invocation summary notes MRdd

Actually it proofs that there is such a perfect intelligence that there is no need for constant intervention. We have to evaluate the design in connection with it's purpose. Material world is not designed for our enjoyment is designed for reforming our mistakes Imposing our purpose in it makes us frustrated. Such places where there is some subsistence but also suffering, are jail and hospital among others. That suffering is there does not mean there is no designer. That means designer has designed jail for particular purpose - to punish and reform the prisoners. So the scriptures explain that this material world is like a prison and hospital. When we see the design in connection with purpose then we see that the material world is perfect. When we see the design separate from purpose we will never understand how the material world is perfect.

Antropoloogia on teadus

Paula Johanna Rõuk Antropoloogide uurimismeetodid Antropoloogia on teadus, mille uurimismeetod, välitöö erineb suuresti loodusteaduste uurimismeetoditest. Uuringud laborites teostatakse kindlate reeglite järgi. Välitöö reeglid on siiski üsna subjektiivsed.

A Palestinian bulldozer driver rammed a police car in Jerusalem, injuring two police officers, and then hit a bus before he was shot, officials said today. Israeli police said they regarded the incident as a terrorist attack. The driver of the bulldozer was shot several times and taken by ambulance to hospital with severe injuries. There were conflicting reports about whether he had been killed. The two policemen suffered slight injuries. Uzi Mahatabi, 32, a taxi driver who witnessed the incident said: "When I saw the bulldozer throw the squad car up and down in the air with an officer inside, I realised it was a terror attack." Mahatabi said he got out of his cab, and fired two or three bullets, hitting the attacker in the stomach after police had already shot the man.

Filmikirjeldus "Due Date"

Sarah made a money transfer for Ethan Trumblay. As Ethan wanted to become an actor he had a stage name and he totally forgot that he did not have any I.D. which proves that it is his official name and because of that they lost the money which Sahah had transfered to them. During their trip to Los Angeles they had a car crash because Ethan had fallen asleep while driving a car. When they finally got to the Los Angeles they were seriously injured. They got to the hospital right in time because at that moment when they got there Sarah was giving a birth to Peter´s first child. The film has really enthusiastic and funny plot. I have watched that film 3 times already and I am going to watch it again. I laughed alot during that film. I strongly reccomend that film to all teenagers.

My favorite book

My favourite book My favorite book is called "Ma suudan hüpata üle lompide".It is written by Australian writer Alan Marshall. It is Alan Marshall`s autobiography. He talks about himself and about his life.I think that probably I like this book so much, because it is written of real persons life. The book began with birth of Alan and ended, when his family had to move. In the very beginnig of the book Alan gets paralysed and after that his muscles started to shrink and because of that his legs were crooked. Doctor`s only idea was that they should press Alan`s legs straight. It was hard work to his mother, because she had to do this and try to heal his son. It is very tragic, but it is the truth. In the middle of the book Alan has to go to the hospital, where he is surrounded by adult men. They admired Alan`s strength and courage to fight for his life. Alan always had the view that life does not ...

The Tower of London

The Tower in the Middle Ages The Tower of London, that formidable symbol of England's national heritage, served as a royal residence as well as a prison in the medieval period. The monarch traditionally spent the night at the Tower prior to his or her coronation ceremony at Westminster Abbey. It has been the stage on which much of England's dramatic but often sad and bloody saga of royal history has been played out. The founding of the Tower The Tower of London was founded by King William the Conqueror. After his coronation on Christmas Day, 1066, William hastily ordered the erection of a wooden fortress between the Thames and the ancient Roman wall which then surrounded London. William began the building of what is now termed as the White Tower ten years later. A rectangular stone keep of Caen stone, designed as an impregnable fortress and as an impressive and awesome demonstration of his power to the Londoners. With ramparts which wer...

the knock. She then, very slowly got up and went to the door. She saw nothing from the peephole- it was too dark outside. Ella decided to open the door very slowly. Her heart skipped a beat as she saw a bloody hand fall in from the gap. Now she noticed a black figure lying on her doormat. Ella fainted again. This time the last thing she heard was the unknown figure moaning the words "Karma". The next time Ella woke up she was in a hospital. As a result of a concussion she didn't know where she was and couldn't remember her own name. She never got her memory back and she had become a whole new person. Whenever she was left alone she started screaming dauntingly, crying and rocking herself back and forth. No one could ever tell what had happened to her.

Healthy lifestyle

We do it to ourselves. That's why everybody started living healthy. But is living a healthy life an easy way of living? In my point of view a healthy lifestyle is only healthy, when one does it in the right amount. You can do more damage to your body if you don't do it correctly. For example you can start working out. Start running, Go to gym etc. But if you start a green tea diet at the same time, then there is a high chance that you are going to spend your life in a hospital rather than leading a healthy one. I believe that living healthy doesn't mean that you only eat vegetables and fruit and drink herbal tea. I believe that it means, that you eat vegetables with meat, chicken and fish. You can't stop eating some things, you have to eat, but you can do it in smaller and reasonable amounts. The same goes for working out. It's not healthy, when you start working out, out of the blue, Like an olympic gymnist. You should start by short workouts
