Anxiety

It is also crucial to have a healthy diet and well-balanced meals. Caffeine and alcohol are most certainly not recommended, since they can trigger panic attacks and aggravate anxiety. It has also been said that daily exercise can help people feel happy and maintain their health. When feeling anxious, it is important to pay notice to our breathing. Breathing exercises can quickly reduce anxiety and are easy to learn and remember. One of the most famous ones is to take a breath for five seconds, hold, then breathe out slowly for about seven seconds and repeat it a few times. It is also important to not suffer alone and try to surround ourselves with people. Friends and family are the best support we can get to cope with anxiety.

Homereading - body language

your nose, etc. Tilting your head signals that you are not dangerous. This is claimed to be a consequence of your mother tilting her head when she pitied you as a child. She showed you that she wasn't angry at you but wanted to comfort you. Your mother also patted her hand or your head when she was comforting you. We continue to do this even after we've grown up and don't have our mother there to do so anymore. We pat ourselves on the cheek, on the arm, or rub our hands together. Perhaps you hold your hands close to your face when you talk - generally, this is a sign of insecurity. The same is true if you roll a beard or moustache with your hands or fix your hair, perhaps pushing or curling it behind an ear. Are you sitting comfortably? The way that people sit in chairs is not coincidental. If you are lounging with arms and legs dangling, it is probably a sign that you are relaxed and feeling comfortable. If you are positioned

Capital punishment - inglise keel

Thanks for them there are many countries who abolished it. But is it right or should capital punishment exist? Firstly I belive capital punishment should exist because if you gonna take somebody's life it is only fair when you pay for this with your own life. Many people are thinking how cruel it is for a criminal but we should also think of the families that are broken apart because of the merciless acts of these criminals. Secondly it is too expensive to hold prisoners who have lifelong punishment. Especially it affects countries who are financially disadvantaged. It is not fair that taxpayers have to maintain the murders. Thirdly death penalty scares potential criminals. Many people kill another people because they want to go to prison, but if they have to pay for it with their own life maybe they reconsider it. Capital punishment must be allowed. For a cold blooded killer, capital punishment is the only true way of justice

Academic success in my culture

A key component to success is a student's work ethic. Students who are willing to put extra hours in to study and prepare for classes and presentations tend to improve their skills and academic abilities. Students, who take less challenging classes or are satisfied with less work, often will have the result of average academic success. As much as teachers, classes and schools are factors in student academic success, parents hold an equally important role. This includes having adult figures, who are positive role models, who value the importance of education as well as providing an appropriate environment to nurture student academic success. While there are many factors in academic success, the most important factor is the student. A positive and academically challenging attitude toward education takes students a long ways toward their journey to success.

Cars should be banned in city centers

Nowadays, most of the people have their own car. Most of them say that they can´t live without it.Many environmentalists opinion is that cars should be banned in city centers. I support this view for a variety of reasons. First and the most important thing is the pollution. Using cars increase the level of pollution in big city centers. This is especially important because town centers always consist of tall buildings and narrow streets which often hold the pollution in one spot.Global warming is big problem all around the world. So, people should use public transport instead of their own car, if they do think about the nature and the air they breathe every second. Secondly, with less traffic there would be fewer accidents. Nowadays many people, especially younger persons, die in the car accidents every week. When we reduce the number of cars in city centers we can avoid these kind of disastrous.

DURACELL

TUSCALOOSA, AL TORNADOES NASHVILLE, TN - FLOODING HISTORY Story begins in the early 1920s with an inventive scientist named Samuel Ruben and Philip Rogers Mallory During World War II, for instance, Ruben devised the mercury cell, which packed more capacity in less space and was durable enough for the harsh climates of wartime theaters like North Africa and the South Pacific--places where ordinary zinc carbon batteries used in flashlights, mine detectors, and walkie-talkies couldn't hold up. P.R. Mallory manufactured millions of mercury cells for the war effort. The Mallory Battery Company was formed shortly thereafter. And in 1950s they improved that battery, making it more compact, durable, and longer lasting. And now they are the world's leading producer of high-performance alkaline batteries. Speed cameras are not a good way to make our roads safer. Do you agree with this statement?

and unsafe. First of all, in our country there are a lot of speed cameras on the roads. Mostly of them are on a straight roads, which even do not need a speed camera. As our country is pretty small, almost everybody driving daily knows exactly where are these speeding cameras. That makes no sense because they slow down before the camera and after it they speed up. Secondly, people are afraid of tickets. They must check their speedometer before the speed camera to hold the speed around allowed level. That takes drivers attention from the road. It may cause severe accidents. Speed cameras have also good side. For example people who get a ticket must pay a fee for it and goverment earns money by this. This money can be spent for to repair or to rebuild the roads. In conclusion, I think that speed cameras are useless in Estonia. They harm more than they save.

Second, no boys in our school, and it's a relief not having to deal with the distractions during class time. There are two all-boys school in neighborhood and they hold open dances that are great for checking out prospective prom dates. Third, girls sports are extremely popular in our school. How can people reduce the amount of waste?

It can be done with recycling and composting. There are many collecting centres, that buy old dangerous devices, because they consist dangerous substances. But all starts from homes. Families should sort their trash. Usually everything goes into a trashbin. Actually it is cheaper to sort, so people should really think about it. Reducing the waste is still not that easy. But a lot can be done to make our planet alive again. Nature need humans, who will make the best solutions to hold our land. This should be an idea for every people, who really want to do something really big, something what matters.

Film review Titanic

They are trying to be together although it is not allowed because Rose is from the good family and Jack is just a poor boy. Rose’s husband was very angry and wanted to kill Jack. But in the other half of the movie, something different happens. The ship hits an iceberg. Husband complicated the escaping from the ship. Ship sank. Jack and Rose were in icecold water, Rose survived, because she found a whistle and whistled to a rescuer. Jack died in ice cold water and till the end he hold her hand. I have never liked other movies so much. This movie is the best on my list. „Titanic” is a movie which is perfect in every aspect. Acting is perfect and music fits together well. I like it very much and I will watch this movie again with a big pleasure. In my opinion, „Titanic” is a film what goes to the heart. It captures the soul.I would certainly recommend it to anybody who likes films about true love and about terrible disaster.

from the bank on their money (lent to the bank!?). Many potential depositors would find the system unsatisfying and would keep their money in "pillows". Currently, there is no country which would practice full-reserve banking. Instead, fractional reserve banking is in use in all financial systems over the world. In this system banks lend part of the money deposited with them to borrowers. Deposits (cash) that a bank has acquired but has not loaned out are called reserves. Banks hold reserves both voluntarily and because of reserve requirements. The main reason to hold reserves is to be ready for the case whereby the depositors withdraw unusually large quantities of deposits from the bank - banks usually hold excess reserves for the liquidity management. Central banks see the reserve requirement also as a tool to influence money supply (see chapter ... Money). Under the requirements of Eurosystem's minimum reserve system the credit

Argumentative Essay

But the income does not go to the common wealth. Only the few businessmen profit from the lives of the Royal Family. The British Empire did conquer many places but they did not do it just to help the people. They did it to get the resources and workers for the least amount of money. The ,,helping" was just a smokescreen. Australia for example was nothing more than a dumping ground for criminals, thieves - the unwanted. Some part of those ,,flag bearers" still hold a grudge for it. The current monarchy has changed into constitutional monarchy. The role of the queen or the king is to represent the nation; actual ruling of the nation is in the hands of the parliament. It is such an old tradition and a national symbol that it should continue on.

Hamleti esimese monoloogi kokkuvõte

Hamlet's first soliloquy The soliloquy begins with Hamlet wishing that his body would melt, turn into water and become like dew (hommikukaste). He also would like if the God hadn't made a law forbidding suicide. He says that life seems weary, stale, flat and useless to him. He moans as it is terrible. The world was like and unweeded garden that had finally gone to seed but only ugly things thrived. He can't believe what had happened as his father was dead only two months. Not even that long. He says how excellent king his father was compared to the current king, his uncle. His father was like the sun god Hyperion compared to a lecherous satyr (ihar satüür). He believes that his father had been very loving to his mother and he wouldn't have even allowed the gentle breeze of heaven to blow too roughly on her face. Hamlet doesn't want to remember it, so he closes his ears. He remembers how much his mother l...

The themes dealt with in a book are simply not relevant.

Obligatory books in basic school and gymnasium, are mostly from the previous century or from even earlier. Those books are mainly discussing love, wars and relations having one but those books don't talk about everything. They have their confines and mainly concentrate on descriptions and less on the story. But young people want their own picture from the book, they don't need every detail described. When we think more about the themes disussed in obligatory books, then they are also hold in check. Here is the second problem, youngsters can't relate to those topics. For example, they are only describing a feeling, like love, but don't give a real situation, so that the reader can feel as a part of the story. A princess story isn't a real one. So I don't think that the themes discussed in obligatiry books are irrelevant. But what about books of this centuary? They describe also every detail but from a real aspect. They don't have fairytails, because that doesen't sell

Estonians and their habits

April just because it's April, or wear shorts and t-shirts when it's barely 10 degrees in July just because it's July. The old habit of being "fashionably late" is no longer acceptable. One is always on time. However Estonians become complete opposites of themselves when they get drunk. They talk, laugh, kiss and hug non-stop! Although, Estonians have many good habits which other cultures may not have. Estonian people love and cherish their culture and history. They hold massive dance and song festivals every year. Estonians also love to work and are very purposeful and diligent at what they do. They are good friends and can be very supportive when you are in need. As for me, when I am in a foreign country and somebody asks me which nationality am I? I am always proud to say that I am Estonian.

Water pollution and society

Water pollution and society This essay is about fresh water and pollution. It's based on an article by David Krantz and Brad Kifferstein. I read it through and now I'm trying to give the conclusion of the article as well as express my own opinion. 70 percent of planet Earth's surface contain water. Water is the beginning of life and vital natural resource. It's vital for every living organism. That's why we have to keep the water bodies clean and stop polluting our fresh water. It's hard to believe, but planet Earth is in great danger. People can't see the whole picture. They are being indifferent to the future. Everyone thinks about themselves and tries to find a better and easier way to get rid of garbage and waste. Money is everything for them. Money talks and nobody cares about giving a dollar to save the nature. Usually a person thinks that what difference can he make. But if everybody think so, it's o...

Why young people today are healthier than ever before

human health. Lately attention is given to weight, especially by the younger females. At a verry early age people think that what thinner they are, the more beautyful and healtyer they are. They count calories, what they eat, do a lot of sports. Ofcourse there are some who tend to overstrain themselves, but mostly they do it within reason. We can find propacandas everywhere that want us to eat healthyer and hold our health. Lets start from smoking and drinking alcohol. Alcohol and tobaco shorten our lifetime crasually. Tobacco smoke is bad for our lung and alcohol is bad for our liver. Thats why all unhealthy products have a warning sign , tu make people more sane. Young people enjoy sports, because sport helps us keep a sane mind and a good and healthy look. How we look inflicts us anywhere. Verry many things depend on how we apear to other people. Muusika retsensioon: Arensburgi päikeseterrass

Muusika retsensioon Kirjutan muusika retsensiooni suvel külastatud elava muusika õhtu kohta, mis leidis aset Arensburgi päikeseterrassil, neljapäeval, 20. augustil algusega kell 20.00. Esinejateks olid Saaremaa kohalikud muusikud Andreas Hõlpus ja Robin Mäetalu. Kontsert oli tasuta. Kontsert kestis kuskil poolteist tundi koos väikese vahepausiga. Arensburgi päikeseterrass on minu meelest ideaalne koht sellise mõnusa õhtu veetmiseks. Sealne õhkkond oli mõnus ning sooj...

A true friend

from such individuals in order to maintain your peace of mind. Today there are many different ideas about what a friend is. Many people talk about having hundreds of “friends” on Facebook. But these “friends” are not real, their contact with you is tentative, and they are quite possibly only fair- weather friends. A real friend is a person you can lean on for support, share your darkest secrets with, laugh and cry together with, someone who can hold you and hug you, wipe away your tears, go to the cinema with and talk with. This friend is ready to celebrate your achievements with you and is just as prepared to stick by you when you feel down in the dumps. Your real friend is not some faceless digital connection , he or she is someone who is always there for you. Friends are everything to me. Without friends life would have little meaning. After all, the moments what you will experience arent so meaningful if

Trafalgar Square

[2] On the north side of the square is the National Gallery and to its east St Martin-in-the-Fields church. The square adjoins The Mall via Admiralty Arch to the southwest. To the south is Whitehall, to the east Strand and South Africa House, to the north Charing Cross Road and on the west side Canada House. At the corners of the square are four plinths; the two northern ones were intended for equestrian statues, and thus are wider than the two southern. Three of them hold statues: George IV (northeast, 1840s), Henry Havelock (southeast, 1861, by William Behnes), and Sir Charles James Napier (southwest, 1855). Former Mayor of London Ken Livingstone controversially expressed a desire to see the two generals replaced with statues "ordinary Londoners would know".[3] On the lawn in front of the National Gallery are two statues, James II to the west of the entrance portico and George Washington to the east. The latter statue, a gift from the state of
