5C’s of Credit

not it is a good decision to lend you and your business money. A common evaluation framework is the Five C’s of Credit: capacity, capital, collateral, conditions and character. Capacity refers to your ability to meet the loan payments. The prospective lender will want to know exactly how you intend to repay the loan. The lender will consider the cash flow from the business, the timing of repayment, and the probability of successful repayment of the loan. Lenders will also consider payment history as an indicator of future payment potential. For example, if you have a history of not paying back loans then it becomes more difficult to obtain additional loans. Capital is the money invested in the business and is an indicator of how much is at risk should the business fail. Lenders will generally consider the company's debt-to-equity ratio to understand how much money the lender is being asked to lend (debt) in relation to how much the owners have invested (equity).

The giant's causeway

The giant's causeway Northern Ireland is a beautiful. The most famous sight is the Giant' s causeway on the north coast. According to legend, the columns are old stepping stones, that giants used to cross the channel between ireland and Scotland. Although there are an abundance of tall tales, and myths describing colourful ways the Giant's Causeway came into being, the actual, natural history is a bit less exciting. The actual history is that the rock formations were created by a lava flow some 65 million years ago by molten basalt rising through a chalk bed, and then cooling and cracking to form the tall columns that make up the causeway. Legend: Legend has it that the Finn McCool built the causeway to walk to Scotland to fight his Scottish counterpart Benandonner. One version of the legend tells that Fionn fell asleep before he got to Scotland

The industrial revolution

The industrial revolution The Industrial Revolution, which took place from the 18th to 19th centuries, was a period during which predominantly agrarian, rural societies in Europe and America became industrial and urban. By mid-century, many people worked for small businesses or on farms, laboring in fields that would yield barely enough food to feed the family. New inventions and technology began to change that, however. Larger factories opened and produced new farm equipment, such as the steel plow and the tractor, which allowed farmers to cultivate bigger fields and produce more food that cost much less. Developments in the iron industry also played a central role in the Industrial Revolution. In the early 18th century, Englishman Abraham Darby (1678-1717) discovered a cheaper, easier method to produce cast iron, using a coke-fueled (as opposed to charcoal-fired) furnace. In the 1850s, British engineer Henry Bessemer ...

IS MEDIA DECEIVING AND PACIFYING THE POPULATION?

The large variety of international media publications does not necessarily mean more opinions as many of them belong the same monopolistic companies, which only distribute their content on different platforms and for different audiences across countries. This kind of concentration of media power can be a real threat to democratic societies. (Concentration, 1980). The story of a man who has taken all control over public media and uses it politically to govern a country is not only the history of Adolf Hitler, but can also be found in the modern day Europe. A living example of this could be found in Italy, where the former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi maintained a tight grip on the public press. Being a prime minister in 2010, he together with his family practically controlled the national television and radio, having roughly a 90 percent of the audience share. The media publications, that he controlled, were used to make sure he stays in the government and wins the elections

eastern Pennsylvania. These colonial landowners built handsome walls and gates, installed superb statuary and fountains, and arranged comfortable seating to give their grounds dignity and distraction. At the same time, New Englanders, too, began to beatify their gardens with elegant fencing, benches, and sundials. The creation of these early furnished gardens marked the beginning of a remarkable but little-known story, the history of American garden ornament. The two hundred years between 1740 and 1940 witnessed the creation of many important American gardens. This book will discuss the origins and development of American taste in terms of the ornament that decorated the grounds of these historic estates. We will consider not only the styles, techniques, materials, and ornaments themselves that were transported to America from Europe and elsewhere, but also
