different E. fluviatilis sequences found in NCBI GenBank, numbers representing the positions in ITS1. The ITS1 length variation was caused by the differences in a homopolymer T-track length with indels in positions 177 to 179. The substitution rates, as well as relative amounts of ITS1 variants of different length, for all specimens analysed are presented in Table 3. Taken together, these data make up the ITS1 profiles for all 13 sponge individuals studied.

Television is a little more than a waste of time

There is no doubt that the emergence of television is one of the most revolutionary events in the twentieth century. Almost everyone has a TV at home and watches it every day. Nowadays, people consider watching television as a sign of lazyness or boredom. I think that television has also some good sides and it is a little more than a waste of time. First of all, I think that TV is mainly a source of information. It allows people to get different kinds of information in an easy way. People can reach information in different languages and about different things just by clicking the remote control. We have channels that show information about other countries politics, economy or other news. In that way we can stay informed with the events that are happening from all over the world. Secondly, television allows people to discover other unknown cultures, traditions and religions. Through television we can become very familiar with them

Cashflow Quadrant

I-for investor Each of us resides in at least one of the four quadrants of the CASHFLOW Quadrant. Where we are is determined by where our cash comes from. Many of us rely on paychecks and are therefore employees, while others are self-employed. Employees and self-employed individuals reside on the left side of the CASHFLOW Quadrant. The right side of it is for individuals who receive their cash from business they own or investments they own. The CASHFLOW Quadrant is about the four different types of people who make up the world of business, who they are and what makes individuals in each quadrant unique. It will help you define where you are in the Quadrant today and help you chart a course for where you want to be in the future as you choose your own path to financial freedom. While financial freedom can be found in all four of the quadrants, the skills of a "B" or "I" will help you reach your financial goals more quickly. A successful "E" should also become a successful "I".

IS MEDIA DECEIVING AND PACIFYING THE POPULATION?

and locked in as the situation was 70 years ago. People had no way to spread the word themselves and information was coming only one-directionally from the controlled press. The media was used to deceive the population and people were made to believe what was politically needed. It seems the times have changed, people are free of propaganda and modern communication methods could easily see through such scams. The population thinks that with such a high number and variety of different international media publications it would be impossible to deceive the public. The truth is media manipulation and propaganda is still all around us. Global news and magazines still dominate what kind of news see on television and latest fashion determines which clothes to wear. The large variety of international media publications does not necessarily mean more opinions as many of them belong the same monopolistic companies,

Entry ticket week 39 - Ave Nurmeots

Entry Ticket Week 39 – Ave Nurmeots (62-130) 1. Why is it important to move beyond product innovation?  To be able to compete within the today’s marketplace (continued success and differentiation).  It is not enough anymore just to come up with an innovative product or its features. To achieve a bigger and more sustainable competitive advantage different types of innovations should be combined together. 2. Name an example of a company from the book, which has gone beyond product innovation –explain which of the 9 other types they have used?  I really liked the example of Microsoft reinventing integrated office tools. When I think about it in today’s context, it seems very logical – a lot of companies do that. But that must have been an amazing innovation for that time. They used:

The presenters are journalists. They like to drive with a car and drink beer at the bar. All of them like to ride a motorcycle, but not Jeremy. He hates motorcycles. He doesn´t understand to how ride with motorcycle. When they was in Vietnam, they had to ride with motorcycle, but Jeremy wasn´t good to ride with that. The others took good bikes but Jeremy took the worst bike ever. He failed there. At the moment Jeremy haven´t bike and he drives with Mercedes and Ford. Richard Hammond is a bit different then Jeremy. He likes different cars than Jeremy or even James. He loves very light and fast cars and he loves motorcycles. He is smaller than the others. At the moment Richard Hammond drives with Morgan and Porsche. James May likes to drive with economical and slow cars. But he drives with Ferrari. He likes when car is not very weird, fast and expensive. James May is more different than Hammond. To sum up, Top Gear is the best TV program ever made because it´s funny, interesting and

Dear Ms. Lake, May 13, 2011 I am writing to apply for the job advertised in Yes! student magazine. I would like to be considered for the position in a summer camp. I would also like to ask few questions concerning the position. I believe I am suitable for the job because I have had previous experiences. For example, I have been organising different music and sport events. I also speak fluent English, I am hard-working, I have good knowledge of different games and entertainments, I like working with children. It would be good practise for my following studies. I have a few questions concerning the job. I would like to know where the camp would be located, when exactly it is taking place, and is the accommodation included. I was also wondering, what my salary will be. Thank you for your consideration

Distribution and sources of this method Talking about art-based learning I am guided from the Maria Luisa Mazzarello article ,,Teaching religion through art." As an italian she maily gives examples from Italy, but this method is generally used. There are some similarities between RE in Itanly and inEstonia. In both countries it is an optional subject. RE in different countries has some similarities and same teaching methods can be used in different countries. I found several well recognized books, which give guidances how to use art in teaching religious education. One of the best and oldest is book ,,The Use of Art in Religious Education" by Albert Bailey in 1922. There are also many newer approaches for example, ,,Christianity through Art: A resource for teaching Religious Education through Art" by Margaret Cooling in 2009. The field of books

2013 year of responsive desing

http://mashable.com/2012/12/11/responsive-web-design/ comments: For starters, A mobile screen isn't just smaller. It loads data slower, it is clumsier without the precision of the mouse, and has no hover state in the classical sense. Drop-downs and flyouts don't work, and navigation that is conveniently intricate on a desktop is slow, cumbersome and broken on mobile. Images. Users browse and navigate differently on mobile than on desktops, and expect different things from both, so serve them what truly works on those media, not just what fits on the little screen. If you're concerned that your mobile won't have the same content, use database-driven content and server-side programming to be responsive about what and how you present. You'll be using quite different navigation and grouping than on desktop, and very different templates. If developer-

The first step takes place in the mouth were the salivary alfa-amylase reacts, but its efficiency degrades when it reaches the stomach. In the stomach different digestive fluids, which contain starch degrading enzymes, do the hydrolysis. The third step and the majority of starch hydrolysis takes place in small intestine where pancreatic alfa-amylase break the most bonds and creates new products. The Perfect Place to Live For me, I think I am already living in a perfect place, Estonia. I would not want to live somewhere else because I think Estonia has everything what a perfect place should have. Many people who live in Estonia are dreaming of a home in a warmer place. There are many reasons why I would not want to live there. One reason is that the weather stays excactly the same every day but in Estonia we have different seasons. Furthermore why I like living in Estonia is that the nature is amazing and if I am very tired I could just go 10 kilometers out of the city and I would be in pure nature, but in China it would be impossible. I am happy about my life in Estonia. I cannot imagine a better place to live. I am never going to move a different country to live because I love Estonia and this is the perfect place I would want to live.

In the end the hero faces his villain, emerges a winner, detaches himself from his outcast status and becomes a significant part of the society. It could be said that the most important part of the hero's progress is this teacher, someone who gives guidance and the knowledge how to defeat the antagonist. Commonly this guide is from a different world and a stranger to the main character. He has alien ways and an exotic nature. This mentor needs to be a stranger because nothing can be learned from something common and known. He provides the moral of the story and initiates the change in both the hero and the consumer. Art and Aesthetics in Early Childhood Education

In addition to highlighting the dimension of pictorial choices and their relationship to specific purposes of pictorial behavior, the model proposed by Darras and Kindler recognizes frequent interplay of the gestural , vocal -verbal, and graphic actions in the emergence and development of pictorial systems. This is consistent with Parson's (1998) notion about the nature of cognition in the arts. Parsons argues that the prevailing systems approach to cognition identifies the different arts as each being a different symbol system and "requires thought to stay within the boundaries of a single medium it is dealing with on the assumption that, if it moves from one system to another, it looses its coherence" (p. 106). He expresses concern that such understanding of cognition in the arts "transforms a dimension of difference into a principle of separation" (p.106). The repertoire model of development in pictorial imagery moves beyond

Why should tourists visit Estonia?

Why should tourists visit Estonia? I have always though of my country as a huge ,,multicultural city". We have so many different cultures from different places put into a little place all together that you could almost say we are a huge city not a country. And that has influenced us in a very remarcable way. Since the time we can remember we have been under Danes, Swedes, Germans, Russians, Polans and other. We have taken their traditions into our daily lives and forgotten ours. But still despite the fact that we bearly know our own language structure or our old traditions,we try to awake them once again.

The role of the Secretary in business

But what are Secretary's main tasks and why is she so important in business? I think that Secretary is very important person in the company. All clients and guests meet the secretary first so she is the first contact of the company and its reputations depends on how great is the customer service. She is like a business card of the company. Secretary greets clients and if needed, forwards clients to the right place. I think Secretary job gives a lot of variety of different tasks. Secretary has to communicate with all different clients, do paperwork, see if the company runs efficiently, to assist and advise the director in his everyday job. One of the reasons why I wanted to bocome a Secretary is that I like organising and I think I'm good at it, also I like documentation and paper work. I'd rather work as a Secretary than in some pub as a barmaid, because it is definitely more peaceful and steady job than in some pub serving drunk people.

Secondly, I believe that it would make classes more effective to watch different educational movies. Doing the same thing from day to day is simply boring and some variety would surely increase students' interest in class. The third thing I would do to spice up life at school is organizing more fieldtrips. There are many different cultural and historical exhibits and museums kids may never visit unless they skip classes to do so. To sum up, I would say that although the Minister of Education could change a lot, our school life today is pretty good.

actress. Born This Way is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Lady Gaga, released on May 23, 2011. Born This Way debuted in the top five spots of every major market. In the United States, Born This Way sold 1.108 million copies in its first week the largest first-week album sales in five years. The hit singles are "Born This Way", "Judas", "The Edge of Glory", and "You and I". I think this is a really amazing album with some different forms of instrumentation which have not been used on her previous releases. Gaga is very good singer and her voice is different from most other singers, because her voice is awesome and loud. My favorite track is "Marry the night". The only negative thing I would say about the album is that the bad taste and mocking of Christianity. This CD gets better the more you listen to it. I would definitely recommend buying it.

Why learn English?

people, because every person who considers him or herself to be educated has learnt it. English has switched places with Latin, which once was the language of educated people. Not to mention the fact that people can use it for communication with eachother. In my opinion it is not necessary to learn that country's mother tongue while most of the people are able to talk in English. I find that English connects different people and helps us to feel like a big multicultural family. In addition to that it is a whole lot easier to find a job abroad, if you are fluent in English, because they are looking for workers who are able to talk with no language barrier and it shows that you are open to different challenges. All in all, I find that learning English is extremely important and useful, because we can use it everywhere and everytime.

Reisimise essee

"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page." Saint Augustine of Hippo Travelling is very important in my life. By travelling I can learn other cultures and discover many extraordinary places. It does not matter how far I go I will always learn something new on my way. There are so many different countries and thousands of languages on planet Earth. Every nation has its own culture, which differs from others. When I have been to some exotic country I can understand the people better because I have seen their culture. Learning different cultures makes everything easier to understand. People who do not travel are missing most of the book, their mind is not so opened and they are unimaginative. They are stuck in their everyday routine. Everything that happens

Does children who have a very high IQ need special education at schools?

Some people say that children who have a very high IQ need special education at schools that are specifically designed for people like them. I couldn't agree more because usually people with very high IQ are a little bit different than people who have normal IQ. First of all, I would like to say that when kids are in elementary school and some of them are smarter and quicker than others they may be labeled as nerds and weirdos. They are also often ostracized. Another thing is that, in extremis gifted children often knows more than their teachers and are very bored. Gifted students need more than most regular schools can offer to them to improve their knowledge.
