Kitarrikursus algajatele 6.osa-Ben Edwards

This final part should be fun and easy as you have already mastered the song and it should be a matter of just doing what you have already done but with accompanyment of instruments. Ok. Let's get into another one of our warm up techniques. This one will once again use all your fingers and all the strings. The following pattern is similar to those that I have already shown you, so you should have no problem playing it. Now, as always I would like you to use correct fingering. The correct finger will be written out below the TAB. You will have noticed that when there is a zero on the above tab there is no fingering indicated. That is because a zero indicates an open fret, therefore you don't need to use a finger to push down on the string. Keep working with this pattern until you feel that you are playing it smoothly. Ok. Now we can get into the more exciting part of the lesson - playing with the band. This should be a lot of fun. Play along with the band in the following

Letter of complaint

29 September 2008 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that you have made many mistakes in the article 'Student Slaves at Workcamp'. I explain each of the mistakes below. Firstly, you described the camp as something extremely dreadful, although there was very fun and the atmosphere was great. Secondly, you claimed that at the camp were 30 students, but actually there were only 15 of us, maybe even less. The final point I want to make concerns accommodation. We did not spend the nights in old tents. All of us slept in modern, wooden buildings with many more showers than you claimed to be there. Could I please ask you to look into these matters. I would like to see correct information about the camp in the next issue. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Kaire Lusti

Sherry Turkle: Connected, but alone?

Sherry Turkle: Connected, but alone? In this video about socialmedia usage the author states that people are using more and more their mobile or other devices rather than talking to people in real life. According to Sherry Turkle we have a new expression alone together. She shows a picture where three girls are hanging out in the same room but they all are in theirs mobile devices communicating to others or each other. The author claims that when people are on the internet they get to present themselves as they want to be by editing and deleteing while writing a text. I agree with the author´s view about people not wanting to communicate in real life. Alessandro Acquisti: Why privacy matters The main point of this video is that any personal information about you on the internet can be sensitive information. Based on his research what showd that if you make a random picture of a university student, the computer identyfies people in the...

Plato

Kids are also dumb and dont know how to deal with things, just like the people who are in the dark and cant see around them. Also I liked the fact, when Plato compared smart people to them, who see the light from the dark cave and have allready have a little bit of knowelde. But thats not its really interesting to see, how Platos thought inspire people nowadays. Telling stories, how peoples lives develop and how do people gain experience. Telling when are people correct or wrong, telling whats important and what not in this life. From these suggestions people learn and stop making mistakes they always have made. All this and a lot more I enjoyed during the course of Philosophy.

Why do I need to speak English in English class?

Why do I need to speak English in the English class? I am going to write why I need to use English in English class. Using English in theEnglish class is important, because it is the best practise for English pronunciation and the more I use English the more I will command the language. I must express strong regret that I have not been using English in English classes very often and because of that I have many cacoepies and I am not very good at speaking English and that is why I should speak English during the English classes much more. Using English frequently gives me better understanding of the language, I will become more fluent in it and my general intelligence improves remarkably. Human beings are unique species because of their ability to learn, but in order to use this ability's full capacity, I must study every day. As to languages, constant improving is even more important becaus...

Should schools permit computers for their students?

Many students and their parents are in the position that every school should permit computers for their students. Is this a good idea if every student at school has their own computer what they can use in lesson? In my opinion having computers in our English class is very good idea. There is a lot of reasons why. Firstly, our textbooks and worksbooks are compiled that method that there are some excercises which we will have to check from internet like all kind of searching tasks what expect us to use Internet. It also simplify teacher work, teacher does not have to waste her time preparing the lessons.Because they can check out the difficult words quickly from internet. On the other hand, sitting in the computers every day is not good for our health, staring at a computer screen for several hours is enough to tire the eye muscles and it also causes stress and fatigue. Spending too much time in computer will lose students communication s...

Essay - The best things in life are free

and on. At the end of the day, these are the things that matter the most and this goes to show that the best things in life are really free. It's important to state that the saying can be either true or false, but it all depends on what a certain person thinks is best in life. For example, one may think that all you need for happiness is a brand new car, and the other values friendship, love and health more than anything. To sum up, I would like to say that while it's correct that food and shelter are very important, I believe that the best thing in life cannot be bought with money. Saara Kõuhkna, 10B

How can we reduce air pollution levels in our cities?

How can we reduce air pollution levels in our cities? Are our cities clean and fresh enough? Unfortunately people don't see that actually cities aren't clean enough. The Aair pollution is growing every day, but how can WE change it? Firstly, we should watch out for the garbage we produce. Many things that are thrown away can be recycled, but some of the people aren't aware of that. They throw things away which may be dangerous for nature. Another solution is to use more buses and bicycles. Every family member doesn't need his/her own car. When you move more in fresh air, you will feel better yourself, your health will be better and you will reduce air pollution levels. Finally, big-factory owners should pay attention where they build on their factories. I think that it is very important that they don't build them in the middle of cities. The pollution twhat comes from the factories is bigdrastic. In conclusion, there are man...
