Eight main demagoguery fallacies and their characteristics were analysed, followed by their usage by three selected politicians in pre-election time period. Pre-election time period is considered to be from 21.08.2013 to 19.10.2013. Articles that had quotes from Edgar Savisaar, Eerik-Niiles Kross and Andrus Ansip and were from the pre-election time period were eligible for analysing. Three hypotheses of this research were checked for credibility. The first hypothesis – there are politicians, who tend to use more demagoguery than others – found confirmation. Statistics confirm that Edgar Savisaar used more fallacies than the other selected politicians Eerik-

CONCLUSION From historical point of view it is obvious, that Estonia and Russia had common bases for the development of notary institution. Estonian notarys and King-Russia notarys had a lot of similarities. Notariates of both countries conformed to the standards of Latin notariate, but they were liquidated because of NSV Union power establishment. That is why in all NSV Union territory, including Estonia, state notariate laws were used. In bachelor`s work according to the chosen topic are considered Estonian and Russian notarial systems. The oil shale pollution impact cause came out most clearly for trees less than 50 year old. In this age trees could be considered as indicators of air pollution impact. Presence of bubbles are well-known fact in economic theory, but in demonstration of their existence at a particular point in time and the conditions for bubble detection is difficult, if sometimes not possible at all. The aim of this thesis is to analyze patterns between European Union countries regarding to real estate market cycles and links between macroeconomical and financial factors. The time periood considered is from 2005 to 2013, where in many countries real estate bubble occured. This periood is also interesting because of failure in bank stability and the case of lobal credit crises. To accomplish this thesis purpose many research questions were rised: how to define real estate cycles and how to find patterns between different countries.
