Ta tuli ilmale Tallinnas Pelgulinna sünnitusmajas. Tema perekonda kuuluvad ema Sirje, isa Tõnu ja vend Raido ning kindlasti kuulub nende perekonda ka koer Ninja. The church also features grave slabs, an oaken Baroque altar by Christian Ackermann and a number of monuments to famous people (e.g. Pontus de la Gardie. The church has also a valuable collection of Baltic- German noblemen's coats of arms, many of them were carved from wood by the famous Tallinn wood carver Christian Ackermann in the 17th century. Financing difficulties largely concern insecurity whether customers will remain because many have disconnected from district heating. National and local control is a certain barrier because DH companies partly get heat production costs covered by central Government and City Councils . Waste collection and sorting are now deficient but, on the other hand, new possibilities should emerge when Romania wants to introduce waste incineration, and waste is therefore considered to be a medium-size barrier in Table I.
