According to the diagram the second most popular hobby is learning languages. I have seen a lot of Russians in Lasnamäe and in Põhja-Tallinn speaking non of Estonian and receive an impression about that the Russians do not learn languages. But according to the diagram what shows us that 31% Russians learn languages against Estonians whose percentage is 19,6%. I have never shopped online, and probably won't do it in future. I'm against ACTA, SOPA and PIPA because it would change the use of computers and Internet.
