For me it is important, that the action would not take long to begin and I have to mention that it did not. We give the title "hero" away much faster and there is actually no surprise to that- there aren't really any monsters left to fight or people to fight them. This is something that has had me in two minds for a very long time, why does humanity waste so much time and money on sport and the pursuit of sport when realistically it is just a sideshow, a morale booster for the masses? The sheer volume of money spent each year on sports are actually absolutely ridiculous. Sports have become a monster that is beyond our control. This happens as legitimate scientific research struggles to find funding or a struggle along with tiny handouts from patronising governments around the world. As the titel of the book is catcher in the rye the autor certainly wanted to make a significant point. Like many others who have read the book, I think that by `` saving children from falling `` he wanted to save children from growing up too fast and loseing their innocence in the process. But actually the one who really needed saving was himself. I dont really understand what the autor wanted to say with the book. The variety of ways to understand catcher in the rye is one of the strenghts of this book. I also liked that the characters and the settings were quite realistic. The British Empire used to be one of the largest and wealthiest empires in the world. Its prosperity started at the early 1600s and reached its high peak at the end of the World War I. The Empire faded into the Commonwealth at the end of 1930s as one colony after another gained its independence. After studying the topic I would say that it cannot be said whether the British Empire was a very good or a very bad thing. Of course any kind of oppression should not be approved of and actually the Empire and native British forced on their way of life and culture to the colonies. We have collages and universities, where students are provided with closer education. After students have achieve to graduate, they also get diploma or some sort of degree, depends of school and which degree they were studying for. So in those aspects, where I brought examples, were not so much differences at all. So why I actually believe that it would not be so difficult to be like exchange- student or college student in the United States. When the constitution is so similar then the little differences don't play so big role.
My second argument will be the psyche of the people overusing virtual communication. It is no secret that people spending too much time online start to change. This often occurs with children. Their grades and social life deteriorates, because of forums and such take up extended amounts of their time. Also they can get themselves into trouble, because they think they are anonymous and because of that, they are doing things they should not do, for example being racist in the wrong place. Actually, there is no anonymity on the internet. Certain authorities can always find you. But the poor children don't know that and they can ruin their lives just by writing some wrong words in wrong order. We have many examples of this occurring in real life, for example the recent bomb threats in some schools of Tartu. The same children who communicate too much over the Internet also may forget how to communicate in real life, with real people. Overall, they are enjoying themselves, but with what price
