Futhermore I have helped in several actions that were going on in the wild areas to protect the spieces from extincting. As a result I have some experience in drastic situations. Eating disorders I think that eating disorder is a very serious subject and everybody should know how to eat properly. Many famous film stars, singers and pop arts go on a diet to lose weight. There's nothing wrong with that but you have to know where to draw the line. Being on a diet may seriously affect your mind and body and not in a good way. We also see many over-weight people. That is another extreme. Over-weight is not good for your heart and its actions. It severely damages your heart work and simultanously causes many heart problems. It also shortens your life, too. When people say the appearance of waif-like models in the media may send a dangerous message about eating disorders, general fitness, fashion magazines and television shows with thin characters also play a key role in infuluencing irregular eating patterns. Our thoughts should not be focusing on what is beneficial to us, but also to what is beneficial to the environment we live in. There is no other creature on planet Earth more developed than human. We are not wild anymore, we are the controllers of this planet. We have more opportunities, but we have to be responsible as well as there are no excuses to our behaviour. Our accomplishments are big and hopefully in the future we are able to archive even more.

There are researches which say that the human life on Earth will go extinct within a century. Eventually the Earth will become uninhabitable. People cannot change the past but their actions affect the future. One of the ways how people are affecting the lives of future generations is increasing pollution. Clean air and water are the most valuable resources, but they are getting more and more polluted. For example the air in China is so polluted that people need to wear masks. The pollution of water kills hundreds of thousands of water animals and birds. Some of the big companies have accepted the problem and are taking action. For example McDonald`s
People so far have acted careless and not thinking ahead too far in the future. There have been few who have tried to stand out and make others understand what they should, tried to show what has happened so far and what will happen if no action is taken under consideration. Global warming and our part in it is a serious problem that we have to face. We have to think about the mess we leave behind for next generations to clean up. They will have to deal the consequences of our actions. In my opinion people have finally started to admit the problem, of global warming and our part in helping to fasten the process. There are projects that are conducted to help a little and to show to successful cold-blooded businessmen that it's not about who make more money it's about surviving. It took so long to start admitting our part in global warming. How long will it take to start dealing with it?
that Maxine's "craziness" is in reality alcoholism. Maxine's outrageous behavior is accurately depicted through clothes and language. Vernon changes from the role of teaser to the protector during the progress of the story. The author tries to show the life of 1980 in Tenley Heights. It feels like the story is based on real-life. The story addresses peer pressure, alcoholism, and people perceptions of other people with disabilities. Vernon finds out that you cannot control anyone's actions but your own. He finds out that his father has been there for him all the time and Vernon discovers that triumph and tragedy often go hand in hand. I didn't have a certain plan to read this book. I found it accidentally. In my opinion, it was easy to follow, but it was written in American English. It was hard to translate into Estonian.
Estonia has developed high quotas. There are limits for large industries and factories to how much carbon dioxide they are allowed to let into the atmosphere. If they transgress the quotas then they must pay large sums of money. That is probably one of the most important means of preventing the global warming. Although the condition of our environment has improved, there is still a lot to do. Every one of us has to start thinking more about how our actions can affect the environment that is surrounding us. Even waste sorting can make a huge difference in the environment. We should also think about our descendants and make it so that they would not have to live in an environment that has been ruined by us.
Furthermore, it will change our climate. In addition our air is polluted by hydrogen sulfide from plants and factors (Especially in Kohtla- Järve and Maardu). Other big environment problem is garbage. Huge amount of waste is produced every day and it is all because of overconsumption. Although, in recent years peoples knowledge about recycling and using eco-friendly products have improved, there are more landfills in Estonia than ever before. The government should take some actions and instead of talking about recession, they should improve recycling programs or take into use some new ways. Environment problem in Estonia is also water pollution. Big factories let their waste run into the rivers without cleaning it and farmers use man-made fertilizers. Their action is spoiling groundwater. Garbage wrong recycling also affects groundwater quality, because when it rains then bacteria from landfills will be washed to the groundwater.
