5C’s of Credit

5c’s of Credit When you apply for a loan, the lender will evaluate your request in order to determine whether or not it is a good decision to lend you and your business money. A common evaluation framework is the Five C’s of Credit: capacity, capital, collateral, conditions and character. Capacity refers to your ability to meet the loan payments. The prospective lender will want to know exactly how you intend to repay the loan. The lender will consider the cash flow from the business, the timing of repayment, and the probability of successful repayment of the loan. Lenders will also consider payment history as an indicator of future payment potential. For example, if you have a history of not paying back loans then it becomes more difficult to obtain additional loans.

What does it mean to be human? In order to understand who is a human we need to understand what separates us from animals. The word ,,human" comes from homo sapiens which is Latin for ,,wise man". The name itself refers to the exact reason we are special our mental capability. What does ability to think give us and how does it affect out world? Human is a social being and cannot live without expressing himself. In order to communicate clearly we have developed a vast system of symbols languages. There are over 6000 different languages in the world and each language comes with a different culture. Because of our ability to remember, humans are able to transmit information from generation to generation. Humans know their history, because we remember what we have created.

Negative stress can affect people's ability to be positive. I'd probably agree with the statement. To begin with, one of the main sources of stress for young people today can be relationships with parents. Everybody knows that fighting with parents can affect ours ability to be positive. Moreover, parents are the closest persons in our lives and fighting with them break us. For instance, I am always so depressed after arguing with my mother, I do not want to hurt her feelings

How much do you know about biology?

Cell theory states that the cell is the fundamental unit of life, and that all living things are composed of one or more cells or the secreted products of those cells. Evolution is now used to explain the great variations of life found on Earth. Genes are the primary units of inheritance in all organisms. A gene is a unit of heredity and corresponds to a region of DNA that influences the form or function of an organism in specific ways. Homeostasis is the ability of an open system to regulate its internal environment to maintain stable conditions by means of multiple dynamic equilibrium adjustments controlled by interrelated regulation mechanisms. Energy is a quantity that is often understood as the ability to perform work. Future of biology rests in harnessing data avalanche. Like most sciences, biology is inundated with data. However, a group of researchers warns in a Nature feature that the

Imagination is More Important That Knowledge Imagination is the ability to form a mental image of something that is not perceived through the senses. It's the ability of the mind to build mental scenes, things or events that do not exist, are not there or have ever happened in the past. Knowledge on the other hand is familiarity, awareness (osoznanije), or understanding gained (nakoplennqj) through experience or study. The fact that engineers have accomplished to make the plane fly and carry passengers with an almost zero risk is extraordinary and it is one of the reasons why i want to be an engineer, to be able to understand the things that seem so simple to us, but when you think about it, it makes no sense. To sum it all up, i find that a passenger carrying plane is the greatest and most useful invention of all time. The ability to pass great distances in a short time is an absolutely essential quality and i would not imagine to travel for months for an example when i want to go to USA. Taking these facts into concideration i find that it is the greatest and most important technological invention.

movies I saw my own knowledge of English increased really through exposure to it , a movie made much more sense and my enjoyment of a movie was increased by actually understanding the dialogue spoken by the actors rather than reading it via the subtitles. The explosion of the internet an the easy access to the world wide web increased my usage of English an I began to appreciate the benefits in my own life. I was able to obtain my first job as a waitress because of my ability to speak English. I use English everyday of my life an I can not imagine life without it it would not be an understatement to say that my knowledge of English and my ability to communicate in that language has changed my life and raised my expectations for what I hope to achieve.

the internet. Getting the video into your computer is one thing, but getting it to your 40-inch high-definition TV and in a way that is easy to set up and intuitive to use is another. The easiest and straight forward way to use it is to simply connect a computer to your TV set. Connecting one's laptop to the television still leaves open the question what to do for a remote control. One way is to use wireless keyboard and mouse which gives the ability to type in search terms. There are other devices that allow you to pull content down from the internet into your television but those programms all share one common thread: all the content is prepaid. So free television does not exist on these internet TV devices. Poiste ja tüdrukute erinevused

women process language in both hemispheres. This difference offers a bit of protection in case of a stroke. Women may be able to recover more fully from a stroke affecting the language areas in the brain while men may not have this same advantage. 4. Emotions. Women typically have a larger deep limbic system than men, which allows them to be more in touch with their feelings and better able to express them, which promotes bonding with others. Because of this ability to connect, more women serve as caregivers for children. The down side to this larger deep limbic system is that it also opens women up to depression, especially during times of hormonal shifts such as after childbirth or during a woman's menstrual cycle. 5. Brain size. Typically, men's brains are 11-12% bigger than women's brains. This size difference has absolutely nothing to do with intelligence, but is explained by the difference in physical size between men and women

Hypermobility. The effect of hypermobility on flexibility

Learning the normal range of motion of every joint is recommended in order to prevent hyperextension. One can protect the joints by using supportive bandages, paddings or braces during physial activities as well. Joint hypermobility needs a prompt reaction when discovered at an early age. If JMS is detected as a child, hyperextension may not form at all.4 Based on the information Mayo Clinic5 provides, a child who has a tendency for double-jointedness may eventually lose the ability to hyperextend oneself. As a matter of fact, it is not true6 because the people who are unusually flexible, have a condition of hyperlaxity or are able to bend over a normal person’s pliability have better chances to improve their flexibility. Although the more muscle mass one has, the less flexible one is. Athletes have the most limited range of motion for all joints because their muscle mass is constantly growing as well as they skip stretching continuously. The only

Therefore students would not have any connections to books which could lead to people not interacting with themselves and again because of this people can’t interact with other people. It all comes down to one thing when we use social networking- ability to express yourself. Satire in Lilliput

by a considerable number of little people called Lilliputians. The Lilliputians stood only six inches high. During this time Swift recognized that England was also small in stature but was dominant force and had a great influence in Europe. England, despite its small size, had the potential to defeat any nation that might try to conquer them. Swift relates this situation with the Lilliputians. They only stood six inches tall but had the power to take on the, "ManMountain", Gulliver. The ability of the Lilliputians to capture someone ten times their size can be seen as reinforcing their strength as a small nation, such as England. Thus becoming and remaining a great and powerful country. Swift's personal life surfaced when Queen Anne represented the Lilliputian Empress. She was responsible for blocking Swift's advancement in the Church of England because she was offended by his writing. Swift in Gulliver Travels had Gulliver urinate on the Empress' room when it caught on fire.

Object-oriented programming.

Many modern programming languages now support OOP. Class Defines the abstract characteristics of a thing (object), including the thing's characteristics (its attributes, fields or properties) and the thing's behaviors (the things it can do, or methods, operations or features). One might say that a class is a blueprint or factory that describes the nature of something. For example, the class Dog would consist of traits shared by all dogs, such as breed and fur color (characteristics), and the ability to bark and sit (behaviors). Classes provide modularity and structure in an object-oriented computer program. A class should typically be recognizable to a non- programmer familiar with the problem domain, meaning that the characteristics of the class should make sense in context. Also, the code for a class should be relatively self-contained (generally using encapsulation). Collectively, the properties and methods defined by a class are called members. Object A pattern (exemplar) of a class

Study the past, if you would divine the future

future when you study things from your past and mistakes. On the other hand, you can't always learn from your past. When your past is full of boringness and dullness, then there isn't much to learn. And also, it is not always good to learn from the past. Because sometimes you look back on your past and make te same mistakes because you don't know what was right and what was wrong. In conclusion, learning from the past can be very good and divining. It depends on person's past and the ability of learning from the past because some people will make the same mistakes all over again.

Even on those days when nothing in your life seems to be going right, it can be really tough to see the silver lining among all those clouds. Disabled Athletes should take up in Sport

Disabled Athletes should take up in Sport. Everyone should have the opportunities to learn sport skills and become active for life. But some of them were born with birth defects that resulted in lost limbs or paralysis. There are professional athletes, who inspire me with their strength, spirit and ability to overcome their disabilities. To begin with, they are pushing back the barriers which, until recently, kept the disabled from taking part in sports. They are demonstrating their abilities in an environment where their disabilities don't count. Moreover, disabled athletes are very hardy. Many of them have suffered accidents and illnesses which would be enough to make most of us want to give up.

Letter of recommendation

Kool) and as a friend I have known her since as long as I can remember back at my life. I have always admired her self-consciousness and skill to work in a team. She knows what she wants and what she is capable of and works for her goals until she has accomplished them. The amount of her friends clearly shows that she is a person you can trust and always count on. During these years that I have known her she has shown that completing assignments on her own or in team is not a problem. Her ability to communicate with different people and self-discipline help her through any situation she may face. She is a very creative person and talented in arts. She has finnished (kool) of fine arts and her talent is incredible. I highly recommend (nimi kelle kohta) for whatever position she may decide to take up next. She is the type of employee that anyone would be happy to work with. Sincerely, Allkiri Nimi Telefon Mail

Essay You can never have too much money

Also it is often said that money changes people. It is obvious that it changes how people look, but what is more important, is that wanting more and more money changes people’s values. There is nothing wrong with wanting a little bigger salary, more money from parents and so on, but you must remember that you can not be greedy and selfish. Perhaps people should pay more attention on things that do not cost, for example friendship. Money usually brings people happiness since you have the ability to buy food on your table and a roof above your head, however it takes time and energy to earn it. You may get tired, stressed and eventually it might cause other problems. Therefore I think that when you have money and you know how to use it the right way, then you can never have too much of it. Of course I am nobody to tell someone how to live their life, but in my opinion everybody should balance their attention and priorities between financial goals and friends, family etc.

Pentagon

Department of Defense rather than the building itself. Designed by the American architect George Bergstrom (1876 1955), and built by Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, general contractor John McShain, the building was dedicated on January 15, 1943, after ground was broken for construction on September 11, 1941. General Brehon Somervell provided the major motive power behind the project;[1] Colonel Leslie Groves (whose administrative ability, drive, and forcefulness led to his nomination to head the Manhattan Project in 1942) and Major Clarence Renshaw were responsible for overseeing the project for the Army. The Pentagon is the world's largest office building. It houses approximately 23,000 military and civilian employees and about 3,000 non-defense support personnel. It has five sides, five floors above ground (plus two basement levels), and five ring corridors per floor with a total of 17.5 miles (28.2 km)[3] of corridors

Kiek in de Kök

Kiek in de Kök is an old German language nickname for towers, mainly those that formed parts of town fortifications. They gained the name from the ability of tower occupants to see into kitchens of nearby houses. Due to the history of the Hanseatic League and the Teutonic Order, also towers far outside modern Germany bear this name, like in Gdask and Tallinn. The tower in Tallinn is an artillery tower built in 1475.The walls are 4 m thick but the tower was then lower than today. The waterproof upper floor made of cobblestones was open and had 22 embrasures in its parapet. The parapet must have been covered by some kind of a roof but

Letter of application for a language course

experience for me. I have great expectations from studying abroad because of the element of internationalism. I think that a larger view on the world could give the chance to be more productive in my whole life. Living abroad could give the chance to prepare better for my future career. About the fact that I would have to stay far from home, I do not feel that it would be much of a problem because I have the ability to adapt to various situations. I also have experience with living abroad- I was an exchange student in the Netherlands for a year and I have also worked and lived in the USA for three months. Having in mind my good study record, good knowledge of English language, experience in studying abroad and high level of motivation to participate in this language course I believe to be a good candidate for it.

Healthy life

A Healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people`s health and will being. If you want to live healthy life, then eat healthy food. In my opinion begins all still eating because food is our body`s fuel. If the fuel is of good quality, remains in the body mostly "working" or healthy. Drink enough water, walking in the fresh air every day. Get enough sleep, a good night`s sleep gives your brain a brilliant boost, it improves your memory and ability to focus. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is very important for me and I always trying to go to sleep before midnight. Of course it easy for me, because I go to school and I don`t have kids, but I believe, however, that most people really could more sleep, when they plan their day better organized. Have a laugh, think positively and set goals. Listen to classical music and try something new. Don`t drink alcohol or smoke.
