Eating out

about our school day. I like our talkings beyond school. We always eat our favorite place, Hesburger. Its not healthy eatery, but we like it. There we always order hamburger, french fries and something drink. French fries are very unguinous and this is not good. Drinks are to saccharine. When i go out with my parents, we always go health food restaurant. There i order root vegetable soup and juice. Sometimes me order afters too. Hesburger and health food restaurant are very different, one is healthful and one is unhealthy. In general we should all eat a wide variety of nutritious foods, plenty of breads and cereals (particularly wholegrain), vegetables, legumes (such as chickpeas) and fruit, low salt foods, and use salt sparingly, small amounts of foods which contain added sugars. Healthly eating is not about trict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, its about feeling great, having more

Palm oil

Unlike many of the things we consume, which can have indirect ecological consequences, palm oil’s effects are direct. To stop the destruction we need to slow demand, in large part by making consumers aware of the clear link between the seemingly innocuous products we purchase and the environmental disaster they’re causing. As a consumer you have the right to say no and go the ohter way, more ethical, sustainable and healthful way. look out for, mainly vitamin B12 and vitamin D, but with the help of fortified foods and food supplements it’s found to be appropriate for all stages of life. 4 Individuals following vegetarian and vegan diets appear to have lower body mass indexes and lower rates of heart disease as well as lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. 5 That being said, not all diets fit all individuals and any diet plan can turn out to be the opposite of healthful when not followed correctly. When comparing a plant based diet to a standard diet, both can be as equally beneficial when properly planned and balanced. However, plant based diets have been found to be more beneficial when it comes to preventing, treating or reversing heart disease.6 Cholesterol and triglycerides Elevated levels of triglycerides and LDL cholesterol in the blood have long before been associated with atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is the hardening of the arteries

William Shakespeare - Hamlet

HAMLET 123 Nor did you nothing hear? QUEEN GERTRUDE No, nothing but ourselves. HAMLET Why, look you there! look, how it steals away! My father, in his habit as he lived! Look, where he goes, even now, out at the portal! Exit Ghost QUEEN GERTRUDE This the very coinage of your brain: This bodiless creation ecstasy Is very cunning in. HAMLET Ecstasy! My pulse, as yours, doth temperately keep time, And makes as healthful music: it is not madness That I have utter'd: bring me to the test, And I the matter will re-word; which madness Would gambol from. Mother, for love of grace, Lay not that mattering unction to your soul, That not your trespass, but my madness speaks: It will but skin and film the ulcerous place, Whilst rank corruption, mining all within, Infects unseen. Confess yourself to heaven; Repent what's past; avoid what is to come; And do not spread the compost on the weeds, To make them ranker

Jane Austen

He could tell her nothing new of the wonders of his presentation and knighthood; and his civilities were worn out, like his information. It was a journey of only twenty-four miles, and they began it so early as to be in Gracechurch Street by noon. As they drove to Mr. Gardiner's door, Jane was at a drawing- room window watching their arrival; when they entered the passage she was there to welcome them, and Elizabeth, looking earnestly in her face, was pleased to see it healthful and lovely as ever. On the stairs were a troop of little boys and girls, whose eagerness for their cousin's appearance would not allow them to wait in the drawing-room, and whose shyness, as they had not seen her for a twelvemonth, prevented their coming lower. All was joy and kindness. The day passed most pleasantly away; the morning in bustle and shopping, and the evening at one of the theatres. Elizabeth then contrived to sit by her aunt. Their first object was her sister; and she was

The same process applies to Robert Young, a man who was not without expertise. He had a long career with many achievements in a difficult business. However, his skills and knowledge were as an actor, not a doctor. When, in viewing the famous coffee commercial, we focus on his true credentials, we realize quickly that he should be no more believed than would be any other successful actor who claims that Sanka is healthful. Sly Sincerity Suppose, though, that we are confronted with an authority who we determine is a relevant expert. Before submitting to authority influence, we should ask a second simple question, "How truthful can we expect the expert to be?" Authorities, even the best informed, may not present their information honestly to us; therefore, we need to consider their trustworthiness in the situation. Most of the time we do. We
