A TED talks presentation. Casey Brown´s Ted talk „Know your worth, and then ask for it."

An introduction - Why did that talk seem interesting, why did I choose that?
Main points of the talk:
No one will ever pay you what you're worth.
They'll only ever pay you what they think you're worth.
Know your value.

Conclusion: That brings me to the end of my presentation. I really liked this speech much. Casey Brown reminded us the things that we already knew or if we didn’t then at least we should know. It is not bragging when you know your value. I would truly recommend this video to ones that feel like they are not paid what they are worth.

How the right of privacy was viewed in the 1890s and 2010s.

The two articles have questioned - What is privacy ? The simplest answer would be that the privacy is a human right and like in the first article by Warren & Brandeis, they quote Judge Cooly who sayd that, the privacy is the right to be let alone. This means, that a person is free to go and do what ever the person wants, no one has a right to harm him/her physically or mentally and vice versa. What ever the person decides to do, nobody else has the right to know about it without persons premission. Julie Cohen starts her essay with a point that privacy has the image problem. In the world where there is no mobile platforms, data mining social meedia, in simple words the internet, its easyer to leave the person alone, but what can we do in the world where is very difficult to be incognito because your every move is statistics and sometimes lawfully, somebodys elses bussines ?. Julie Cohen continues with describeing the new sight of the privacy

TARTUFFE (inglise keelne)

I wouldn't trust him, Nor yet his Lawrence, without bonds and surety. MADAME PERNELLE I don't know what the servant's character May be; but I can guarantee the master A holy man. You hate him and reject him Because he tells home truths to all of you. 'Tis sin alone that moves his heart to anger, And heaven's interest is his only motive. DORINE Of course. But why, especially of late, Can he let nobody come near the house? Is heaven offended at a civil call That he should make so great a fuss about it? I'll tell you, if you like, just what I think; (Pointing to Elmire) Upon my word, he's jealous of our mistress. MADAME PERNELLE You hold your tongue, and think what you are saying. He's not alone in censuring these visits; The turmoil that attends your sort of people, Their carriages forever at the door, And all their noisy footmen, flocked together, Annoy the neighbourhood, and raise a scandal. I'd gladly think there's nothing really wrong; But it makes talk; and that's not as it should be

Being in Portugal has been amazing so far. Jeremy and I have seen so many wonderful things. We've been swimming almost every day. I have also enjoyed the vibrant night life they enjoy here, we went dancing last night. I only wish I could share more of it with you guys. I miss you all so much. Lots of love and kisses to everyone! Love Regina 3. Descriptions a) an object My bed in the dormitory is a bunk bed. It is a huge old light brown wooden piece of furniture. It squeaks when I switch sides or when I climb into it. I sleep on the second level and sometimes I am truly scared for my life. It is not as sturdy as I would like it to be. The bottom step on the ladder is loose and I know that one night I am going to fall thanks to that. It has carvings, but they are all scribbles made by previous sleepers. The mattress is worn out and needs to be replaced. It is stained beyond sense. At least it has not fallen apart, yet.
