Play sports and you get a lot more than just a fit body
Sport plays a role in every person’s life. A lot of us enjoy doing different sports, others maybe not so much. Everybody needs some sport while growing . It is not only because the world today is filled with computers and people are always sitting by desks. Sport has many positive effects on people besides having a fit body.

There is a saying that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Team sports show and teach how to work in a group, how to communicate. People who play sports can release some energy in the game also and they will be calmer, their decisions will be more calculated. Training regularly will teach how to divide their time between school or a job and training. I think that sport is a good way to teach a person some responsibility and consistence, too. To make some improvement in a certain sport a person has to keep training consistently.

In London you'll also find Indonesian, Mexican, Greek... Cynics will say that this is because English have no "cuisine" themselves, but this is not quite the true. Vocabulary: to criticize - tasteless overcooked - ingredient - to invent - sauces - to disguise - spice herb - delicious - disappointing - to lend cuisine British Youth (2) Most 18 and 19 year-olds in Britain are quite independent people. English people say that children grow up more quickly now. Relationships within the British family are different now. Children have more freedom to make their own decisions. For example, children aged 13 may be employed part time in Great Britain. Age 15 is legally a "young person" not a "child". Age 16 is a school leaving age. They can leave home, drive a moped, marry with "parents' consent" buy beer. Age 17 can drive a car. Age 18 can vote, get married, drink in pubs. Education is a very important part in the life of British youth

We should exercise regularly, strengthening our muscles and keeping us in shape. Exercise helps the blood circulate around our bodies, cleaning

P.E in my life P.E is very important for all of us. It keeps us healthy and physically fit. I think that every person should do some sports to stay physically fit. If you do sport, you can run about 3 km without getting exhausted. If you don't to any sport, you get tired very quickly and gain a lot of weight. I think that to stay healthy, physically fit and feel good for itself every person should do some sport every day. After you do sport, you have a good feeling and you're happy that you did that. Do whatever - run, walk, play ball games, throw a ball and you do it yourself to feel better. There are P.E lessons in every school. That is good, because some people do not work out, outside the school and so they do at least some movement. In school we have two P.E lessons a week and that isn't enough compared with the 2-4 hours a day that students spend on the internet or watching TV. In our P

SPORT tööleht

SPORT In English the word ‘sport’ describes both casual play and the highest levels of performance. Recent surveys reveal that 10% of adults play sports more than twice a week, the majority of the British population involves in sport or physical recreation at least once a month. Most people have an interest in some sports as a player, spectator or gambler, but everybody in Britain seems to be fond of outdoor exercise, be it jogging, walking, rambling or just sitting on the bench outdoors. As British homes are rather cool in winter (at least for Estonians!), the saying goes that ‘the English like fresh air outdoors and indoors’. Most people are conscious of the good influence of sport on their health. They expect a lot from it –

Education

It is also possible to be so ultra-sensitive that the result is disadvantageous. I expect no argument in asserting that a normal sensitivity is a healthy, indispensable ingredient for optimal education. Sensitivity can be heightened or blunted by education. It is intertwined with curiosity. An ideal education affords numerous and varied opportunities for students to touch, see, smell, listen, hear; to spark their curiosity. When I was a child the things that pleased me were largely other than the plants which have earned me a living as an adult. For example, I collected postage stamps, played basketball, was fond of listening to music, played all manner of games, but dealt only in a neutral, uninspired fashion with plants. The one thing that was constant and of supreme importance was my love of reading. I don't recall why, but by an early age, say age 9, I was a phenomenal reader of books, a habit that persisted all the way until college. Reading expands one's mind immensely

above. As a soccer coach, you often tread a thin line between what has been proven scientifically and what is considered “best practice.” Unfortunately, science in soc- cer is still in its infancy, and there are still many question marks in this regard. Soccer is a very complex sport in which different physical abilities are used in tan- dem, often competing for adaptation. Because not everything in the field of soccer science has been “mapped out” yet, we often have to rely on our experience and intuition. I hope this book can help in some small way to make you a better “reasonable
