My Most Unforgettable Childhood Experience
I was spending my holiday in my summer cottage. It was a warm night and we were playing cards i my friend ’s balcony . It was about 1o’clock a.m. and we were getting sleepy. We decided to go to sleep and as my parents were already sleeping , I had to go home by myself. There is a forest near our house and a little lamp with green shimmer leads into the forest. When I looked straight to it, I saw a man in a black coat, who was standing in a green light .At the same time my friend shouted something to me and I

It's four days of being at school with funny clothes that older students tell you to wear. On first day I was dressed up like Superman .I was wearing a red cape, shorts and tight swimming pants. It was pretty embarrassing and uncomfortable but compared to Tuesday it was nothing. On Tuesday I had to wear a skirt and a mini top. Well that made me feel very uncomfortable. I was looking forward to the end of that day. On Wednesday I had to wear nostalgic suit. This event game me awesome experience and an unforgettable memorial. 20 October More depression in my life .I was feeling very lonely and sad that day. All my friends were drinking somewhere and I was at home feeling sulky. Sad times come to me from time to time when you don't have anyone supporting you. You just have to try find yourself activity that lets you forget bad things and memorials. I'm not trying to get help from alcohol

age of the building and its neighbors, I enjoyed the relative quiet of my tree-lined street before I reached the bustle and flow of traffic on Broadway. One day soon, I hoped to blend right in, but for now I still felt like a fraudulent New Yorker. I had the address and the job, but I was still wary of the subway and had trouble hailing cabs. I tried not to walk around wide-eyed and distracted, but it was hard. There was just so much to see and experience. The sensory input was astonishing-the smell of vehicle exhaust mixed with food from vendor carts, the shouts of hawkers blended with music from street entertainers, the awe-inspiring range of faces and styles and accents, the gorgeous architectural wonders...And the cars. Jesus Christ. The frenetic flow of tightly packed cars was unlike anything I'd ever seen anywhere. There was always an ambulance, patrol car, or fire engine trying to part the flood of yellow

Kordamine inglise keele eksamiks

Kordamine inglise keele eksamiks A 1.1 Read the text and answer the questions below. Dear Mary-Alice, It's been ages since I last wrote to you, isn't it weird? Yes, so it is, but, I do have a certain reason. Do you remember Sir Thom of the Minquettes'? That fine young man with fascinating blue eyes... Oh, my sweet Mary, you will never guess what happened yesterday! It was about seven o'clock in the evening when Lillian called me out for a walk you know I can't say `no' to my little sis. Anyway we went to the forest near the Swan Lake and, believe it or not, got lost! Awful! I was so scared... We walked and walked, not even knowing the direction we were heading to, until we reached a huge mansion. And the garden around it was so extraordinary... That is something you just must see! But neither the trees nor flowers could be as wonderful as the owner himself! Sir Thom treated us tea and sandwiches, not forgetting to show us way back to the village. He was so kind, don't you think?

Heartless

Heartless It was one late evening when a little blond girl, aged between 7-8, ran quietly across the Ninth Avenue and entered one of the old houses that were lining the road. Inside she went smoothly though the corridors and soon reached a wooden door. After knocking twice a voice from inside called "Enter!" and the child went in. The room was filled with the smoke of numberless cigarettes. The girl, however, made no emotion and came closer to the old and ugly man sitting behind the table. "I wasn't lucky today, Grandpa," whispered the child and her light blue eyes filled with tears as she talked. The man smoked soundlessly, not even glancing at the girl. "But I'll go again, tomorrow, and bring you twice the money! I promise! So don't punish me, okay?" The man stood up and walked slowly towards the girl. "I promised your mother to take care of you, yet, if you are useless in even collecting money from the rich, I can't help you! This is the end, Hear
