Dear Sir or Madam ,
I am writing to you to express my annoyance at the supreme quality of service that was promised but never delivered. I am talking about the intensive 4-wekk language course provided by you, International Language Centre .
First things first – the “ highly qualified staff ” had a terrible sense of time and always arrived late . Not to mention their insufficient language level, which I found quite displeasing.

Report To:headmaster From:Liis Subject: Suggested improvements Date:2nd May 2011 The purpose of this report is to comment on conditions in the college and to make recommendations for possible improvements. Although conditions are generally good, there are one or two problems. Firstly, in large classes, there is not much desk space. Secondly, the classrooms tend to be darl, especially in the winter months. Finally, during video lessons, some of us find it difficult to see screen properly. There are number of changes that could be made in order to improve the situation. To begin with, I would strongly suggest that the number of students per class kept to below ten. In this way... To sump up, while most of us are satisfied with the conditions, I feel that above improvements would make things even better. If these suggestions were carried out... She also loves listening to rock music, which is what we bonded over. Also, she is a great artist if she has the time and patience. Her over analyzing makes her a slow drawer. I love Kati with all my heart. She is the best friend anyone could ever have. Whenever I need her I can call her and she's there for me. Although she might want to portrait a pessimistic person, all her advice is always very positive. I know she will be a great teacher one day. 4. Letter to a friend Dear Helena, I am writing to you, because you asked about my favourite TV-programme and I'm very happy to reply. The programme I'm most fond of is Supernatural. It's a Canadian based American TV-show. It's pretty amazing as it's about to start it's 9th season. I love it because it used to be very scary and now as I have grown older, so has the show. The show is about two brothers who drive around the continental USA. They hunt supernatural

Complain letter

Dear Madam or Sir I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service of your company. My complaints concern holidays on Tenerife. To start with, your travel agent assured me that I would stay in a luxurious hotel situated not far from the Golden Beach. I was also promised a spacious room with a terrace and windows overlooking the ocean. However, the hotel turned out to be small and old and it was situated close to a very busy street, furthermore, very far from the ocean. It took 40 minutes to walk to the beach. Moreover, there was a balcony instead of a terrace in my room. In addition, the staff of the hotel neglected their duties. I had to ask three times for new bed linen and when I asked for a wake-up call at 6 o'clock, I was woken up at 9 o'clock. When I complained about it, a receptionist treated me very rudely. Secondly, the choice of food served at the hotel restaurant was very limited. There were hardly any traditional Spanish dishes, although your travel a
