Inglise keele eksamiks- Role Play

QUESTIONS AND ROLE PLAY When you have completed your monologue, you will be asked 4-5 questions related to the topic of your monologue. This is nothing like asking and answering questions: try to behave as if in a real conversation. Respond naturally in 2-3 utterances but you are not expected to be lengthy at this stage. Speak fluently with appropriate pronunciation and intonation and only natural pauses. Express yourself confidently, clearly and politely. If you fail to understand the question, say `Pardon?' with the rising tone and the interviewer will interpret the question to make it clear for you

Monologue and photos

I would guess that the students in p2 are taking a maths exam as I can see calculators on each desk. The fact that they look so serious makes me believe the problems to solve are really challenging.  I personally like picture 1 better as I would like to be as happy as he is. MONOLOGUE Some people say that being away from friends makes your friendship stronger. Why do you think they say that? Do you agree? Give reasons. Introduce your monologue and rephrase the statement. It sometimes happens that good friends move away. It might be because of moving house, changing school or for family reasons. There are people who believe it doesn’t matter as being apart can make the friendship even stronger. Give reasons why people might think so. The reasons to think so may be quite different. First, your best friend will still be your best friend, even from half a world away. Second, best friends are the kind of people who

Agreeing & disagreeing

5. That's just what I think. 5.0 AGREEING 5.1 Expressing complete agreement We say one thing and mean another? Exactly. You mean, you can't fool all the people all of the time? Exactly. You mean it's possible to ignore the Green Party, but you can't ignore their policies when a general consensus of people come to support them? Exactly. Once the level of benefit is higher than their take-home pay, why should they do a job? Precisely, but the answer isn't to remove benefits from those who really need them. 5.2 Expressing conditional agreement I'd agree with you if the purpose of hell was to rehabilitate people back into heaven, but hell is usually associated with torture and damnation. I'd certainly agree if you're thinking of the World Cup. 6. I'm afraid I don't agree. 6. DISAGREEING 6.1 Expressing complete disagreement In my op
