Elistvere Animal Park

One Sunday in October I visited Elistvere Animal Park. There are wild animals in the park that naturally live in Estonian wild nature . Unlike most zoos there animals live in as natural conditions as possible. In Elistvere
I saw elks , lynxes, foxes, wild boars and many more animals that we can come across in nature. Also I saw there animals who don’t live in Estonian nature but they can easily live in our climatical conditions, for example European buffalos and reindeers. There is a terrarium house where are smaller and exotical animals but unfortunately it was closed that day. Most of all I like lynxes and brown bear. There are also hiking trails where you can walk and enjoy Estonian nature’s beauty or have a picnic.
Day in Elistvere Animal Park was very exciting despite of the fact that there were constructional works and trails were very muddy

Põltsamaa Castle was started in 1272. In the course of centuries the fort suffered damage. In 1770 the old convent building was replaced by a rococo palace. The ruins of the castle, destroyed in 1941, are being conserved. The courtyard has been converted into a stage of outdoor events. Mustvee Mustvee, a town located on the shore of Lake Peipsi, is best characterised by its motto five churches, two cultures, one nation. Tourist destinations: Elistvere The animal park shows wild animals that live and used to live in Estonia in as natural conditions as possible. Protecting endangered species will make a difference in humans life

Protecting endangered species will make a difference in humans' life In the nature of humankind it is natural to hunt animals. However, nowadays hunting endangered species will make humans be just killers, because it is not necessary to kill something just to have a trophy on the wall at home. People can be proud of what they have done, but decreasing the population of a species largely will cause the specific animal breed to go extinct faster than it would happen via natural causes. Therefore, humans should stop hunting endangered species to slow down their extinction, as these species offer balance in the wildlife, are used without purpose in medicine, and may even reduce poverty. Species on the brink of extinction affect us more than we realize. Sure, pandas are cute, and rhinos are fun to look at, but is there anything more to that

One reason why it's nice to live in Estonia

tornadoes or other dangerous natural phenomenas. So we don´t have to worry about that in one beautiful day our house fly away by tornado or volcano burns it down. People don´t have to live in fear and in here they dont mus´t worry about natural disasters. Other good thing is that we don´t have dangerous or poisonous wild animals in nature. So we don´t need worry about that a monkey jumps trough our window and arranges a big mess or wild animal attacks people. People can go in nature with no feare to get attacked by wild animal. That why i like to live in Estonia, But people should care more about this. Often people don´t know what they have, they always complain obout the things what they dont have.

Tallinna Inglise Kolledz Canada. The land of diversity. Tallinn 2006 Canada. If you had to use two words to describe Canada, they might be large and diverse. Canada is the second largest country in the world with a territory of about 10 million square kilometers and it is bordered by three oceans: the Arctic, the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans. The population of Canada is about 31 million people. About 77% of the people live in cities which lie in a band about 100 miles wide above the border of the United States. The capital of Canada is Ottawa. Other large cities are Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg and Quebec. Canada has two official languages English and French. It's interesting to know that about 61% of Canadians name English and 24% French their mother tongue. There are also many other languages spoken in Canada such as: Italian, Chinese, German, Polish, Ukrainian, Greek and Dutch. There are also many

Essay about necessaty of zoos

poachers. For example Loxodonta africana is an African elephant who has been hunt down and whose population was significantly reduced in 20th century. The population in the Tanzanian Selous Game Reserve, once the largest of any reserve in the world, dropped from 109 000 in 1976 to 13 000 in 2013. 85 000 elephants were lost to poaching in Tanzania between 2009 and 2014. Even though zoos compared to reserves are really small, they are still important in preserving animal species. Also, some of the animals lose their natural habitat completely due to the natural disasters or something even worse like pollution caused by who?-human being. It is really hard to accept the fact that we are trying to protect something from ourselves. Giant panda in south central China does not have a "home" anymore. Chinese Wolong National Nature Reserve with the help of UNESCO World Heritage Site and Japanese zoos are helping to preserve panda bears.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS

them accompanied by their calves, gathered together under the watchful eyes of a mature breeding bull. It was a pattern which repeated itself across the plains in every direction as far as the eye could see. Every year the wildebeest nations of the Serengeti congregated here towards the year’s end, and the scarred female had come with them. Mated the previous May, she had returned to give birth to her calf in the south-eastern corner of the park. The soils which carpeted the floor of the shortgrass plains had been laid down in prehistoric times and were quite different from the black cotton clays of the Mara. (C) Eruptions of ash spewed out by the long-dead volcanoes of Ngorongoro had enriched the earth with calcium and phosphorus, minerals essential for healthy bone growth in the new-born calves, and if anywhere could be described as the true home of the restless wildebeest, it was here on these ancestral calving grounds.

northeast coast of Australia. It is the biggest coral reef in the world extending 2000 kilometers along the coast of Queensland. It consists of more than 600 coral islands. Some of them are true coral islands, other are the tops of submerged mountain ranges covered with lush tropical growth. Most of the islands are inhabited and many of them have been developed as tourist resorts. Scientists estimate that the reef is more than thirty million years old. It had its beginning as a tiny animal known as the polyp. It protects itself by forming an external skeleton of lime. When it dies its shell hardens. It has been growing for thirty million years. There are more than 300 varieties of coral with colours ranging from pale blue to bright yellow. Recently a black coral was found. Tourists visit it because it is beautiful, relaxing and interesting.
