The motors are now more powerful, appearence is designed by professionals, equipment is better than ever. It has happened because peole are interested in extreme sport and competition is bigger. To become a good rider, you must do hard work. Regular trainings helps to keep physically fit. Running, swimming, going to finess centre changes you stronger and giver more power. But the main training takes place in track. In motocross, there are many forms: Freestyle, Pit Bikes & Mini-Motocross, Supermoto, ATV/Quad Motocross, Sidecars and Supercross.
