Heutzutage ist es schon eine Pflicht wenigstens 2 Fremdsprachen zu lernen. Warum ist es zu diesen Situation gekommen und wird es in der Zukunft beim Arbeitsuchen helfen? Es gibt viele Erziehungsmethoden für die kriminellen Jugendlichen. Man kann das schon im Kindergarten nutzen. Beim Aufwachsen muss die Familie den Jugendlichen unterstützen. Man kann Sendungen, die Horror und Gewalt bieten, verbieten. Man sollte auch Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern, Schule und Polizei machen.
