We live in a cruel world where people only think about themselves. There are extremely few people who care about homeless people even though homelessness has greatly increased over the past decade. But why is that so? Are they worse than us? As Mike Yakonski once said: “Sometimes it's easy to walk by because we know we can't change someone's whole life in a single afternoon. If I were the Minister of Education in Estonia During my years being a student, I have noticed that there have been some changes in the Estonian educational system. Some of them are useful, some are not. Yet I think there are still many things that could use a change. I think, that one good change has been made related to the national exams, they have been improved a lot. This has assured an ongoing high level of education in Estonia. Our colleges' curriculums have also certified our college students' competitivity worldwide. I would like to bring out the education getting more and more creative as a positive change. However, in my opinion our goverment has been doing some progress regarding crime prevention and social development. In its turn, even in a decent society no lacking primary needs there will be another kind of crimes, apparently harmless, such as: political corruption, bribery, money laundering, extortion, etc. The environment can change, but the mindset is still the same with tendency to ambition, greed and selfishness. Therefore, we prevent crimes not by kitting ourselves out in high-tech weapons or an efficient secret service, but by creating a whole environment that allows a definite change in our mind.

All uses of recycled paper should be clearly labelled to encourage others to follow the example. It could be argued that recycled pare should be labelled. People can see that giving and using recycled paper is popular and those who haven't started using yet will start later. People

Corporal punishment In my opinion corporal punishment is unnecessary in our society, because nowadays students may react too fiercely. I believe with all the changes taking place in our world today, it is not realistic to think that the idea of corporal punishment would ever take hold again in schools. I think that most children would respond negatively to a change like this and that this change would only create more of a problem in the long run.
